Best forum to look for a pixel artist?

I need some help with RPG Maker 2k sprites. Try as I might, I cannot seem to make simple alterations on my own. They are h-themed. Since most of the sprites are pre-existing it won't nearly be as much work as a full project.

What forum or sub-forum is most appropriate to try to find someone who can help me?
