So, I got this game, I thought the first interactive tentacle game from Masurao was Shockman so I was a bit surprised and being a huge fan of their tentacle games I decided to get it despite being a bit old. Thing is, I think it shows it's their first interactive game in the stupidly specific stuff you have to do to get some ending scenes, and since the help in his page it's in image format I can't get it translated. Well, might as well post what I've found and what I think of the rest.

After removing the clothes you get control, as you arouse her you get dialogues and more options. The first option you unlock to the right is to get behind her. After a while you will get a dialogue with a choice at the end. The first one is to start a simultaneous fuck with all your tentacles, the second option is to keep playing as you were.

If you choose the first option you can't disable any tentacle. After a while in this mode you also get a second option to the right which I think it's cum. If you let it be you will eventually automatically cum.

If you choose the second option you keep playing as you were but you get a second option at the right side which is pretty much to get the same dialogue with the choice. Also, eventually while fucking her you will cum even if you use just one tentacle.

So, the way to get scenes is pretty much by cumming while doing her in different places. Here's what I got:

1. According to the image I think you are supposed to just play with her lower body, and when you get the choice, choose the bottom one and keep playing just with her pussy until you cum. I say "according" because I don't think it matters where you fuck her as long as you cum while doing her pussy after the choice.

2. Same as 1 but the ass.

3. Just cum while multi fucking her. This should be the scene you will most likely get all the time.

4. As 1 and 2 but blowjob.

5. Same, just play with her boobs.

6. Don't have it. As far as I can tell it should be like this:
Only play with her face, when you get the choice, choose the first one, when the second option at the right appears, click it. But it doesn't work for me so maybe it's something I don't understand about the 4th scene.

7. Only play with the lower part of her body. As soon as you get the option to get behind her, do it and then do only anal until you get the choice, choose the first one and as soon as you get the second option at the right, click it. After the usual scene you will get another one so don't close the game or load thinking that it didn't work.

8. No friggin' idea.

8 and 9 seems to be kind of complicated, needing to do a lot of stuff and be aware when she says stuff while fucking her, not just the written dialogues, so yeah...
