[Unreal Engine 4] Project H’s Fallen Doll - Simulation

Surprised that there no thread about this one! This is a team of individuals building a sex simulator in Unreal Engine 4 with VR support. Project is pretty ambitious, but they have a quite frequent release schedule on this project so I feel its worth sharing.

This dev seems to be Japanese but it looks like they are EXTREMELY aware of their western audience.

They recently had an update which you can read about below on LG.

To be honest I need to hang out here a bit more considering I essentially "grew up" with ulmf since the flash days on newgrounds with LineMarvel :U

This looks rather good, though I'm not much of a touching sim kinda guy. Wonder if they'll put out a censor removal patch for westerners? Would be a shame to do all that 3d modeling on the vag and have no-one see it...

Two, wait three concerns though:
1. First and foremost, I REALLY hope that's a pickle (even if a pickle doesn't make much sense to me)
2. WTF is the mushroom symbol for?!?!?
3. SUPERWTFSAIYAN is the umbrella mushroom symbol for?!!?!?!?!!?

The mushroom symbol is for your penis. The mushroom symbol with an umbrella on it is your penis with a condom, so you don't impregnate this artificial being(??). Because they aren't allowed to show genitals, many Japanese h-game companies use mushroom icons in place of penis icons - Illusion does it a lot in their games for example.

I tried this like... two or three months ago.
I really had some fun with this (hyhy).
Though... I am going to be honest, while playing it I heard my gpu fans going full throttle for the first time since I did stress test.

Downloading 1.06 right now, because last time there weren't any dicks for use, only some toys, so... yeeaah

As for censorship... Dunno, if it's just an effect over a model, maybe it can be solved in same manner as for some unity games? Edit files and remove filter.
As for patch for removing that mosaic... I am not sure if the dev himself can do it, all depends on how exactly law works in that matter (assuming he is Japanese).

If you support their patreon even at the lowest level ($4), they have an uncensored version already ready to go. Don't even technically need to wait till the end of the month to get the link.

So no need for patches or any other workaround.
Good to know, good to keep it in mind. I am already considering supporting him to get that mosaic off xD

Oh and I checked latest build, whatever he did with it, it's not overworking my gpu anymore so that's a big plus for me.

Uh, why is she a robot? They're obviously not going for the android fetish crowd, since she looks completely human...

My guess would be, they're hoping the 'game' becomes a smash hit, the first good VR porn game. But, with success, comes attention. Unwated attention, from sjws, feminists, busybodies. Maybe they're setting up a "she's just an android" excuse?

I just don't see how her being a replicant enhances the experience in any way.

As for the 'gameplay', seems like standard touch-simulator (or whatever) fare. Other than the graphics and (future) VR support, doesn't look like there's anything exciting or new.

You are damn right. We are really pissed off by SJWs on Gamejolt and absolutely do not want to be caught up in debate with feminists.

Gameplay will only be a matter of concern after we get the story mode up and running - I will let you know that I am a bestiality fanatic, so yeah there are a whole lot of "exciting or new" stuff coming in.

Uncensored version is patron-only as of now, unfortunately...

Actually the censored version was made specifically for Japanese market, but according to their policy we even need to apply mosaic censorship to the vibrator.

I simply stopped working on further censorship after knowing that and decided to release that build as public beta.

Honestly I don't trust most Patreon campaigns even as a Patreon creator myself, especially after the Breeding Season scum. The project started about half a year ago, the reason why we did not need fund until now is simple: My partner got a new job which keeps him busy all day round and I doubt if I can pull this off alone.

You don't need to like the game at all - we admit that it is far from completion and is definitely not in her full glory.

I dont like how your patreon is structured at all.
Not even slightly.
I would give you props on the "professionalist" look it has... but that actually put me off MORE!
Its a complete mess to me.

I HATE CENSORSHIP

Your pricing is comparably as wacky as my choice in music.
Your "reward" system is completely fucked.
If i want to fund a games development, than i like to be up to date with progress on a timely basis. Not given out of date uncanned leftovers.

This is my opinion.

Yea, about the current state of the game... I managed to take a look at version 1.11 and it was complete mess compared to free demo 1.06.
They are pretty much reworking the game and current version is missing most actions that were available in demo thus is pretty much unplayable in terms of progression/gameplay. That said they are reworking models and animations so it might be worth it in a long run, but i would be pretty mad if I backed this project up and got in return what i saw in 1.11
