Have you heard of Everyday Sexual Life with A Sloven Classmate by developer TissuBox? It's a pretty short game, done in a visual novel style. You play as a generic and featureless high school student, who got entangled with your classmate Kana Himekawa, when you accidentally gave her the wrong medicine for her cold (you gave her an experimental aphrodisiac instead). Because she deems you responsible, each day she comes up with new way for you to satisfy her lust. It's all consensual. Not an NTR though, and she's not really a loli. On whether she is a slut or not, she kinda is, you found out later that the drug's effect should have expired already, even though she is still showing symptoms of the aphrodisiac. Turns out Kana just simply likes having sex.
