don't have the full game, but here's skill stuff from the trial (assuming not much changed in the full - skill reset allows you to check out any full branch once you've gotten enough levels; however, due to skillpoint limitations, I doubt you can legitimately max more than 4 trees in the full even with lv99 character unless there's some other way to get SP than leveling. Anyway)...
Skill sets and their abilities
(assuming 'battles' means 'instances of combat' - each time you and the enemy deal damage to each other is one instance of combat, so you could use up the duration of activated skills all on one enemy, I'm thinking - haven't actually tested though)
体力を強化します (strengthen HP)
体力＋100,150,200 - increase max HP by stated amount
歩行回復 - slowly restore HP when wandering around (1% per tick?)
深呼吸II - recover about 600HP
絶倫の体力 - recover some HP when defeating enemies
スタミナを強化します (strengthen MP/stamina)
スタミナ＋10,20,30 - increase max MP by stated amount
スタミナ消費軽減 - reduces MP costs of skills by 20%
解毒 - removes poison type status (媚薬毒)
無尽蔵のスタミナ - slowly restore MP when wandering around (2% or so a tick?)
技巧を強化します (strengthen technique[ATK])
技巧＋5,10,15 - increase ATK by stated amount
スキルアップ - increases ATK for 5 battles, but drains stamina while active (in addition to the cast cost)
ダブルタッチ - 2x attacks for 5 battles, drains stamina while active
テクニシャン - doubles duration of the previous two skills to ten battles, and also increase crit rate while either is active
快感防御を強化します (strengthen DEF)
快感防御＋5,10,15 - increase DEF by the stated value
ガードアップ - increases DEF for 5 battles, drains stamina while active
絶対防御 - greatly reduces damage taken for a single hit, but guarantees you take the hit as the enemy always takes first strike when it's active
受けの美学 - Increases charm and decreases pleasure taken when attacking after the enemy
魅力を強化します (strengthen charm)
魅力＋10,15,20 - increase charm by the stated value
グッドスマイル - increases charm for 5 battles, drains stamina while active
テンダーキッス - adds a chance to stop enemy action when attacking first, drains stamina while active
魅惑のオーラ - adds a chance to stop enemy action; also makes it easier to find rare enemies
精神力を強化します (strengthen willpower)
精神力＋5,10,15 - increase willpower by the stated value
メンタルアップ - increases willpower for 5 battles, drains stamina while active
リフレッシュ - recover from any condition but the poison-type one
無我の境地 - decreases losses of 理性 (reason - the right number on the shown health bar) from enemy attacks; also grants some extra DEF stat during combat based on your willpower
敏捷を強化します (strengthen speed)
敏捷＋5,10,15 - increase speed by the stated value
クロックアップ - increases speed for 5 battles, drains stamina while active
ヒット＆アウェイ - if first attacker in combat, adds a chance to null enemy attack phase
先手必勝 - if first attacker in combat, increases ATK and critical rate
運を強化します (strengthen luck)
見切り＋10,10,15,15 - increases luck (more specifically, CRIT chance, I think)
急所狙い - increases luck for 5 battles, drains stamina while active
心眼 - if you get a critical, increases the damage dealt by it
探索に役立つ能力を得ます (gain abilities useful for getting items)
採取効率アップ/採取効率アップⅡ/採取効率最大 - when collecting items from harvest points, makes it easier to find more items
良質素材採取/良質素材採取Ⅱ - increases likelihood the items collected from harvest points are of better quality
狩人の見極め - increases drop rates when defeating enemies
As far as I can see all enemies have 2 potential drops; one uncommon and one rare. Seems like the better crafted equipments also need these drops, so... I'd probably end up wanting to max the final skill set as soon as reasonably possible (which isn't probably till at least lv30~40, since lacking any skills to stay alive in combat... well, you probably won't have an easy time getting that high in the first place
)
and yeah, to the above poster, that seems to basically be the extent of the h-scenes in this game (cum on enemy + some extra loss text... not really so different than a bunch of older BF games in that respect). I can't say I don't mind something simple like that now and again though
