As it turned out, their winter wear would be far different from what the girls expected; rather than thick fur coats, they were given ponchos made of material so fine and thin they were partly see-through. Korrie was reminded of a harem dancer’s veil, and felt even more erotic after draping it onto her naked body and looking at the way it thinly veiled her voluptuous bosom, the soft fabric comfortable on her skin despite her subconscious rejection of clothing. The heat that quickly suffused her certainly helped the feeling of eroticism, even if it was of the mundane variety. It was very strong though, and even as she tried on the hood she was already beginning to sweat, reminded of a hot summer’s day. The twins were also fascinated by the ponchos, with less naughty feelings about it, simply interested in its magical properties. Kuroi asked if its heating effect was from an enchantment or if it was innate to whatever material it was made with.
The ponchos’ nature meant that the neko wouldn’t need any additional modifications to hers, but since each was being tailormade, it took everyone a while to get measured and for the ponchos to be adjusted. That would not be the end of this shopping trip though, as they were led deeper into the market for additional, more mundane pieces to complement the ponchos.
Korrie got a little apprehensive again about needing more garments, but found herself led away by Aya to get some shoes. Her feet would be the furthest from the poncho’s protection and going to be directly treading on ice and snow; she had some personal experience with this in the winters at home, it will probably be less pleasant to go unprotected than to wear shoes, especially when her scaly talons aren’t as sensitive to contact. Come to think of it, she really hasn’t worn shoes ever since becoming a wyvern mutant. There just weren’t any that would fit her biology, and she never needed any. The goblin shoemaker was very enthusiastic about making some for her though. “
That… sounds good?” She replied with a little uncertainty when asked about spats, since she actually didn’t even know what ‘spats’ looked like. There’s boots, there’s sneakers, there’s sandals and heels, and that’s it. She’s sure the cobbler knows best though.
In the meantime, the twins and Aila started browsing the other accessories while being accompanied by an energetic neko salesperson. Kuroi was a little put off by the enthusiasm at first since it was coming from someone clearly trying to make a sale, but all that went away as soon as she saw those adorable fluffy cat-eared toques. Maybe all the paw-print and cat-based designs would be too stereotypical for some natural-born catgirls, but for Kuroi, they were perfect. Her eyes were practically sparkling, tail wiggling happily while she looked over the merchandise, feeling their softness, trying on the one recommended. Shiroi quietly enjoyed the sight of her sister fawning over the adorable hats, it wasn’t often the ravenette showed such open excitement.
Shiroi’s attention was drawn by Aila when she offered a pair of silky white gloves with subtle silver snowflake patterns. Her delight wasn’t as plain to see as Kuroi’s, but she was definately interested, looking them over and trying them on. “
Good taste. I like them.” She said with a smile. Having been stuck in a hospital for so long has pretty much killed any sense for dressing up she had, so she was happy to just go with the first aesthetically pleasing choice. She had to suppress a giggle seeing how embarrassed Aila was just from this simple interaction, especially remembering how the golem girl effortlessly dominated the two of them last night. Shiroi affectionately tousled Aila’s hair with the mittens on to comfort her. “
How about I pick a pair for you? Not sure how much you’ll need them but it doesn’t hurt to wear them, right? Hm, let’s see…” She said as she looked over the selection.
Lacking much of a fashion sense, she only went by color for the most part, looking for something that would match Aila’s hair. There were some, and it was then she noted one of them. The majority of the mittens had either generic patterns or winter-themed ones, and this one was no exception, but the snowflakes looked a little blockier than usual. Some might consider it to be of rougher make because of that, but to Shiroi, it reminded her of gears. The fabric itself felt just fine. “
How about these?” She offered them to Aila to try.
