bottom left corner of arcade, go south across the cross walk near her home and you pop in right beside the arcade

she won't enter the arcade

even though the nun in the church (according to visual translator) is saying to rush to the arena

when against the puddle pirate at the park, dont make the battle long
loose or win fast, because seems the game lack an archive and when he rage the game crashes.

It is not a bug, it is a feature. He is supposed to crash your game. THAT is his special attack.
