Any good Monster girl games like MGQ? Or just decent H-Games in general?

While I wait for MGQP part 3 to come out (lol) i've been playing some other stuff. I've played and enjoyed

--Succubus Prison
--Lust Grimm series
--Three Charms Series
--MGQ
--SHRIFT

Are there any other good ones i've missed? Preferably ones where the H scenes don't feature a colored silhouette in place of a normal dude.

Most of those lean more towards the sadistic/snuff side of Monster Girl games, I'm not an expert on those...
But since you also liked The Three Charms, I can recommend some more wholesome-y Monster Girl titles:
- Monster Girl Dreams (RPG, incomplete)
- Desire Dungeon (Dungeon Crawler)
- Milky Quest (very shallow combat but nice art)
- Monster Girl Encyclopedia (not a game)
If you want more of the sadism, maybe check out Domination Quest, I haven't personally played that one tho.
