Any list of Great games in like past 5 years?

Haven´t played much over the years, and curious of some new bangers were released.
Lot of meh ones of course, but curious about some high quality stuff

If anyone has any nice lists, would be greatly appreciated - as i dont know where i would even start. Apart looking up every single games.
Or if you know any good titles, feel free to recommend.

RPGs preferable, or some nice sprite games as well. ( with translation rpg, even better, but yeah, good luck with that)

Yup, he's exactly right.
There's a beautiful thread for impregnation in the hentai discussion thread, but it's worth nothing to you if you're not into it. Ditto for my thread on energy drain.

If you want just games that are good, off the top of my head.

• Resurrected Exorcist maiden.
  Newest Taima Miko and good candidate for mechanically best RPG maker game ever (no best hentai, best in general). Battle rape.
• Sinisistar 2.
  Slow-paced action game, think an even darker Dark Souls game but with rape and ryona.
• Twilight Scramble.
  This is more of a me thing, ymmv — it's like the holy grail of energy drain fetish. But it's mechanically pretty solid, dungeons that reward exploration, and minigame-based battle system where you can fully avoid damage if you get the inputs right (…think Expedition 33?). Sequel, Eclipse Fragment, is shaping up to be better.

I haven't tried the new Monster Girl Quest, Paradox. But it's apparently very nice and the third and last episode just came out.
Guilty Hell 1 and 2 if you missed them, also very popular.
Or anything by the guy that did Dungeon and maid, I guess.

But again, not knowing your fetishes I'm kind of shooting in the dark.
