Thanks for the translation upload. I can get all the files except map017, it errors out no matter how much I try. Can you see if it works for you and re-upload maybe if it doesn't work? Thanks!

All right, since I don't expect to ever change the translation again I've uploaded it as an archive instead of loose files. Map017 doesn't contain any text to translate though, so if you already have everything else there's no need to download the translation again.

Creature Hunter 2.01 translation: D̶o̶w̶n̶l̶o̶a̶d̶ (use 2.02 below instead)

I have updated my translation to 2.02:

It seems the changes are very minor compared with 2.01. The only difference in non-data files is that some unused images got removed. So if you already have 2.00 or 2.01 there's no need to download 2.02, applying my translation will update the game to 2.02.

I know not how to add files to things. My copy of Arumerosoft's Creature Hunter does not contain a Data Folder. And it is outdate it seems. Is anyone nice enough to upload the game with the translation applied to it? Or is that impossible due to the content?

You must decrypt the rgss file, copy the extracted file into the game folder, paste the translation over it, and DELETE THE ORIGINAL RGSS (or move it elsewhere) to make it work

As for how to decrypt it, I think it's in on of the stickied threads

It is if you look hard enough, but there's sadly no "how to apply translation" sticky. So here's a link to the guide.

As for uploading a translated copy of the game I could easily do that, but I think it's better if everyone just learns how to apply translations. Give a man a f̶i̶s̶h̶ translation, and so on...

Surprised no one mentioned this, but it looks like Arumero soft is working on even more ecchi battle shenanigans.

To be fair, they've been doing that pretty regularly - once a game hits 2.0 they start working on the next one, after a brief break.
I figure there's not much to say yet - there'll be monthly progress updates on the blog, with shiny progress indicators -
though if past performance is any guide, the last 20% take 80% of the time...

I figure once there's maybe a preliminary title screen and some more concrete information, might be worth spawning a new thread to contain the hypetrain...

It's already at 2.0.3, That's a fair chunk of "free expansion" on top of what came out at release. It's just already out.
If you're looking for more than that, then I don't think there's more coming -
just another game, which most likely will again get a 2.0 expansion a few months in.
