Not really a lot of peoples on ulmf are into this kind of big game. For game progress about this kind of game, you'll get better help searching japanese walkthrough or trying on the game(s) thread on anime sharing

  1. Patch the game to 1.05.
  2. Go to the spot with at least two people with the fishing skill. Kanbei is one, Ralo is another but needs a very high level to unlock it as his third skill. A generic adventurer with fishing will also do (and you'll probably want at least one because there are side quests involving fishing). The spot might take a couple of visits before it gives up its prize.
