What does the fire ghost in NE of death city do?
The blue fire/wisp is related to Kikukera's (the ghost/undead alchemist) recruitment. He does a series of riddles; on the last question where there are 3 or 4 selections - none of them are the correct answer, canceling (staying silent) makes the wisp drop the item.
In all my years I've never seen a game with an anti-foreigner test built in. The developer has deep issues.

He's the only competent BF (battlefuck) game developer (EDIT: aside from Erotical Night's dev); he's in the financial position to be picky about his customers.

I'm sorry if I offended you, mate. Nobody here is doubting your skills as a gamer; what I meant to say that was that it's
possible to manipulate the game's variables to quickly clear the CG rooms.
I'm a proud gamer like you too, but I'm a cheater when I don't want to spend hours to grind for the CG in an H game (like when I play Violated Hero, I'm just there for the H scenes; the gameplay is boring). I don't find shame in cheating in pointless battles. We're here for the erotic content, not for the obstructive battles and poor storytelling that gets in the way of the H scenes, right?
But the majority of ROBF's H content is embedded in the combat system itself, so the grind's actually enjoyable, and I take my time with the game. I spent a leisurely 20+ hours in the first ROBF; same with this game lol. My H gaming life is kept separate from my professional gaming life - much like how normal people keep their sex lives out of their normal day-to-day gatherings. Therefore, cheating holds no moral stance in anybody's undocumented sex life. Thinking as a gamer: to get ahead in one's sex life, one must do a little bit of "cheating".

Yes. As Etigoya said, and as I elaborated a few pages back, the short explanation is that the snake's white form is weak to INT attacks but strong against STR/penis attacks, and her black form is weak to STR/penis attacks yet strong against INT attacks.
Hybrid builds would find her easy, but I recommend fighting her when you lvl30+ (or at least 25). With specialized builds (which any sane person would do, e.g. INT/VIT or STR/VIT, or in my case a crazy but fun AGI/LUK/STR build), you'll need to wait for her more vulnerable form for doing damage, while using the Hide skill (or guard) to defend when she's in a form that is strong against your damage type. Of course, you could just perma-silence her (if you can consistently land them), in which case she'd be nothing more than a pushover.
Skills to look out for in white form:
- Tail Bind (you can only escape by using Hide; otherwise you must keep normal fucking her - which she's strong against)
- Death Mark (casts a mark on you. after 5 marks, you auto-lose the fight and default to the defeat scene)
Skills to look out for in black form:
- nothing really, but her "lvl20" fellatio is her strongest damage dealing attack.
