Attitude (What's your character's attitude like, how do they think, etc.): A very serious woman, Annika is a dedicated member of her local police force. She strides hard to excel and show the members of her department her skill and gain their respect. As such, she puts duty above her personal safety and would put her life on the line if it meant the safety of an innocent.

Late on one rainy spring morning Annika arrives at the EGG headquarters slightly late because of a traffic accident that forced her to take another route. Going into the pod room, she notes a portrait of a blonde girl in passing, with a small plaque below it before she is ushered in.

As she settles in comfortably, a screen opens in front of her.
"Welcome to EGG beta program!" After a while, the screen flashed and showed a list of selections.

Annika was never a huge fan of driving in the rain. Too many ways to cause accidents and in her profession it made work very difficult. Thankfully she was off duty today and was in fact on a well earned vacation. But today would be an interesting day as she made her way into the EGG Headquarters and into the pod room. Settling into her seat and given a handful of options, the police woman took to filling things out.

Everything fades into black and Annika finds herself floating in a featureless void.

After a few moments, she starts hearing the steady hum of engines, mixed with the creaking of the hull of the zeppelin as the wind bangs against it. Then she wakes up in a bunk that provides a view through the window several hundred meters above the ground. As the foot of the bunk, Annika's clothing and other gear are neatly piled on top of a chest. Apart from a small table and a single chair, both bolted to the floor, there's no other furniture here.

And just like that, things would fade to black, the police woman floating temporarily in a featureless void. She closed her eyes, waiting to see what would happen.

When she finally came to, Annika would hear the creaking of a wooden up, the noise of a powerful engine and a strong wind blowing against the ship she was on. She'd toss and turn in her bunk as she finally came too, the swaying of the ship still quite difficult for her. So much so that she nearly fell over as she stood up and steadied herself. Once stable, she'd begin to dress, the north-woman quite comfortable with sleeping in the buff especially if she knew her privacy was secure. She was fit and healthy, like any good north-woman should be and though she had a good bit of muscle, she still had curves in the right place. Slipping on the essentials, she'd then slip on a tunic and trousers feeling today would be a rather quiet day. Though her remaining clothing and equipment, a bordering axe and a rifle, were within arms reach. She'd take a seat in the chair and begin reading a small leather bound book, hoping the morning would pass by without issue.

After a few minutes of reading, Annika hears the bell call her to the breakfast and, hopefully, briefing on their destination. Were Annika to make her way into the mess, she'd find the place tidy as usual, with bacon, eggs and porridge available, but no sign of their host. Everyone else not working is in there, making the space cramped: Annika's eyes catch sight of the doctor and naturalist of the expedition, a man of small stature who is a completely shrouded, as usual.
