mm now isnt this really something. before it was Drop Factory now it's Vitamin Plus. the original game creator is really a generous person. definitely must try this ASAP though i wonder if in the future the artist would include moar CGs (6 scenes arent enough for me. some extra dot pixels would be great too)

The 6 scenes are just the ones that exclusively drawn for this game, they're not the only scenes in it.

Ah, I don't like that guy. I said he was extremely inconsiderate for using Buta's work without permission (Taken from games that Buta was trying to sell) and he was a complete ass about it.

He only considered how much it would suck for him to lose the progress on his game, but didn't consider how that would stress Buta to have his work stolen from him and used without permission (Buta posted on his blog about not liking it and asked him to cease working on it at the time.). At least he apparently has permission now, Buta's artist is way too nice in my opinion lol.

I get so tired of people thinking art on the internet is free to use however you please. Funny thing is that I think most artists would be okay with it if they were just asked before the project begun, but people are still so inconsiderate to artists anyways.

As for my own question however, I wonder if this game is an extension of Vitamin Quest, or a sequel like a Part 2 of Vitamin Quest or such? I thought they seem the same so I'm just asking before looking, especially due to hearing the noted warning above and explaining to diegoletal what that term is.

i'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue but when the sisters talk about watching kentarou's porn dvd it loops the elder sister saying "i can't believe what we're about to do." any insight on how to solve the issue?

i am stuck at 10th day at homless guys search i find 3 but it say somewere its another!

so basically this guy took this other dudes art, and made it into a game? well, at least he got permission to do it. cause Buka300's Art work is wizard as fuck.

What seemed to be IP/copyright fighting ended up in cooperation/collaboration. Honestly, I hope the industry moves in this direction instead of the xenophobia/DRM kind. A lot of people just take because the dev is nobody to them. Reaching out to the fans, showing that there's someone behind that content and that someone cares about their fans. That's something I can get behind.

Fruitsmoothie, yes he did take his artwork, and no he wasnt a complete ass about it. Thats just because you are a sad internet troll and spend too much time behind your pc that you forget how stuff is really like.. let me spell it out for you:

He took butakomas artwork not knowing that it would be against butas wishes to do so. However, he cancelled mega vitamin, and now completed vitamin plus, an improved version of his old game, and with butakomas approval, and butakoma has even drawn new scenes for this game..if he didnt have his approval, why would butakoma do that hmm?:)

Also, you said that he was being an ass about him losing his work and that that was his concern.. wouldnt that be anyones concern when they are about to lose something they worked a whole year on to make?

in short: Go out more, then you should be able to realise how other people feel, because its not hard to imagine feeling the way that he did..

Now about the game: its awesome, and i recommend everyone to play it:)

just go to the hongfire thread, everything you need on info is already there:) (bug reports and whatnot) go to google and look for hongfire rmvx vitamin plus and it should lead you there, and read some pages if you are stuck, and i even made some posts on that forum if you run into pugs, or into puzzles, and how to solve them:) (im mysticaxeman on hongfire..) :) thats it, enjoy

I don't completely understand what I'm looking at. At first, I assumed all of this is for this same game, but is it not? Cuz I'm sure I saw a game there that I've seen before? Is it just a collection of some of that artist's works?

I know I'd be upset if I based a years worth of work on stealing someone else's work only to lose it. I mean, you did say stealing, right? Cuz it sounded like you didn't deny that at all, just excused it with the most naive bullshit response I've ever heard.

No, theres a difference:) he didnt ''steal' it, but its his first game and im sure after knowing the guy that he wouldnt steal it if he knew it was wrong. like i said its his first game and he didnt know that he couldnt use the images from butakoma:) anyway, all of that is in the past.. because mega vitamin doesnt exist anymore, and this game DOES have the official approval of butagoma himself:) so it really isnt even worth talking about anymore:)

the ''stealing'' he did was like finding 100 bucks on the street and taking it for yourself, only to have the owner come to your house and requesting it back:) same thing happened there:)
