I can imagine this; The more aroused she becomes, the bigger her feet get, It'll be like a feet erection.
The better questions however (and definately the most on topic one) is this; how will it effect the gameplay? Will it simply just add a different picture to the charater state, add different events or just freeze movement for a brief time.
Another question, any ideas on why he is using the first girl to show these previews? Is he planning on adding more to the first game?

Not sure if you guys just have a feet fetish or are genuinely interested in every physical part of the girl. I for one am somewhat indifferent to the feet issue.
I think an arousal system (at least in my experience) is something that accumulates as your character engages in H, and may diminish over time or not. As it goes up, the consequences of H get higher or more threatening, in the case of this game, maybe you won't be able to charge as much power, or move slower, or charge slower.
Does seem like a neat thing to add though, this game could use a little more game play mechanics.

Seems to me like it might make it a little harder to lose since her number of lives stayed the same. Might get attacked and have the arousal stage go up before actually losing a life. Personally wouldn't mind that since the later levels of the other games are usually pretty damn hard.
But as always it's early development so who knows how it'll actually play out. Ether way I think it's a cool concept I like the idea of the girl enjoying it on some level dispite herself, like how mecha girl's charger bot made her horny and enjoy it. Hoping there's more then just Zurine though, she's definitely my least favorite character.

@Foamy; If that was the case, the MGQ theory could be an accurate one.
In any case, this only serves to make me more interested in the next release... Damn teasers.

The ones you can talk to serve mainly as easy access. Certain machine ones offer upgrades though.
