Small game by dev Cold Rod, author of several other small games, such as Special Duty Soldier Felia. As of the making of this thread, it's their most recent game.
Caters to a rather large array of different niche fetishes (with, essentially, each battle being themed around one), main fetishes being hypnosis and induced orgasm. Game has no penetrative sex.

Barely-there story
An evil organization of poorly-drawn standard-fare magical villains is trying to pull their evil shenanigans, so Magical Girl Dynamite Shark swoops in to kicks their asses.
Or, maybe, she fails at it and gets molested. But you really gotta suck at QTEs.

Barely-there gameplay
The only room you can explore is the reminiscence/gallery room. You can go fight evil villains from it, each villain defeated giving you one level, unlocking his gallery and the next villain.
No exploration. Just a scene and the fight.
Fights are pretty basic, and extremely easy. They can go uphill if you let the villains restrain you, but the timing for the QTEs that provokes is very lenient.
Defeat may put Dynamite Shark in humiliating situations, but it doesn't cause permanent problems — she just comes back to the reminiscence room to try again, with different dialogue.

Barely-there ecchi
Ecchi element starts from when you let Dynamite Shark get grabbed, and gives you a few defeat CGs with a brief cutscene.
Interestingly, each of the 16 enemies is themed around a different fetish — group groping, sticky restraints, hypnosis, tickling… the prevalent stuff being hypnosis, present in four variations, induced orgasm (present in all, because they use it to "drain energy"), and… getting forced into weird costumes?
No penetrative sex, most you get is nipple.
You can unlock the whole gallery the instant you walk in the room by talking to an NPC.

That's not all that's barely there...

Without playing the game, the most I can really say at a glance is that it looks like Cold Rod's art has improved a bit.
