This Dieselmine game has you train a hoodrat to be a geisha. At the end you can choose to either have a lovers end with her and keep her exclusively or open her up to use to the public. It's actually a decent SLG where you've got tons of mini characterization events and has amazing 2D animation as well as good 3D animation.

It's easy, and I played through the game w/o seeing any NTR. I'm pretty sure the bad ending is NTR or something? I don't know. Never 100% it.
