Not sure if this is the right area or not but I used to buy games off dlsite but now it says that my credit card is invalid even though I know it is good. Does anyone have any idea how to help or is there another way to buy from dlsite?

Sadly there isn't another way to buy from dlsite without a credit card seeing as it's on the internet and all So you're stuck not being able to buy from there until you get a new credit card.
Do you know if they accept prepaid cards that you can buy and stoes and load with money cause I really don't want to have to replace my credit card.

Alas Dlsite does NOT accept prepaid cards So i'm afraid that you'll have to get a new credit card.

A few thing to check :
A/
1) obvious, but have you double checked the informations of your card on dl site ? It's so easy to miss hit on a keyboard....
2) is your card allowed for international transaction ?
a- if No, see B)
b- If yes, check with your bank, it might think dlsite as suspicious and you'll need to authorize transaction here by calling them
3) Japanese or english dlsite
4) blocked on adult and all age site buying ? if only adult it may be a problem with your bank ( same as 2b)

If your card don't work at all despite everything on dlsite. there is one option left for you -> paypal.
Yes, paypal isn't usable for adult content.
BUT it does work on the all age page of dlsite (both JP and EN).
How to make it work -> check the product you want to buy worth in dlsite point.
Go to the all age page of dlsite logged in with your account.
Use Paypal to buy the number of point you need for your shopping.
Go to the adult page, and buy the work(s) you want with your points...
Voilà !
PS : do note that point are account bound, and dlsite maniax (japanese) and english work separately, meaning different account. Account on maniax don't work on english site and opposite is also true. And as far as I know you can't link an account on JP site to an account on the EN site.

I honestly have no idea it might have always been like this.
I don't see the paypal option in the japan all age page..I've tried multiple times browsing across different pages of dlsite which drives me crazy
The paypal option only available on the english all age but I want to get the points on the Japanese one since I have a coupon there...ANY HELP?!

Well, I hadn't checked Jap site forever, but yeah, paypal isn't in the option. Guess it's not used in Japan or they don't use it on dl site.
Seem you'll have to use another system than paypal, but I don't know about the one listed here, so I can't advise you.
