From what I've read/seen, gameplay seems to be a copy of 乖離性ミリオンアーサー aka Kai-Ri-Sei Million Arthur and there's also a dating simulator involved.
Based on the short anime clips, my guess is this:
Barnet, Moka: Front-line tankers
Nagisa: Heavy ranged
Izuki: Leader abilities (enhancements)
Hinana: Most likely healer
Ayano: Jack of all trades?
