Does anyone else ever feel like they've gone too far with their porn watching habits?

Lately, I've been thinking about my habits when yanking the ol' yard stick. I'll start with basic porn like a porn-parody clip or something... then that'll lead to a rough blowbang scene... then before I know it I'm watching some seedy video of a dude who's jerking it on some sleeping woman who I pray is his wife! And by the end of it I'm just thinking... "did I even need all that? I could've dumped my load 5 seconds into the blowbang!"

Then I'll be really disappointed with myself, telling myself that I've gone too far! Sometimes I think about just dropping porn watching all together with the vain hopes of entering a normal relationship with a girl one day! Perhaps not that fantastical of a goal but you get the picture.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has been struggling with this.

I view pornography as a valuable sexual outlet, though I have a list of things that I choose not to view, for various personal reasons. When I get a girlfriend, I lay off the pornography (at least as long as we're regularly having sex). When I'm single (or blue-balled), the pornography picks back up. There's no guilt either way--I use it on my terms and according to my will.

I only watch porn for the art(Or play for the gameplay)

That kind of limits the kind of porn I watch to only a very small amount of material, and I'm always happy to see more of it

Don't worry, you aren't going insane, it's called curiosity, and as long as you're not a cat, you have nothing to fear.

Sometimes we turn things into a habit because our subconscious mind decides we've been doing it a bit too often, so it needs to change things up a little to keep us stimulated. The only bad part being it doesn't exactly do this with finesse or efficiency..

I'm sure you've noticed some people like to flip through channels without ever sticking to one show, and often give an excuse like "I've seen it before".

It's not actually related to them having seen the show, it's the act of watching TV their subconscious mind has decided is boring.

Clearly, you've been tapping a bit too much into the porn fountain and your
brain is making you wander different types of porn in an attempt to excite or entice you.. The only problem being, not in a sexual way. Your conscious mind gets confused by this, and tries to rationally explain it by claiming you might be "damaged" or possibly losing your mind.

Long story short, it's a natural response. Lay off the porn and bore yourself with some other habit, and you'll be right as rain.

"Lay off the porn" - Never give up the porn! Take it from a guy who masturbates minimum 3 times daily and has almost a server worth of porn on ext. hdd's.

It's a pretty common thing for me, so I typically don't mind too much. I guess it is curiosity. Typically, I find myself feeling both very relieved after a good jerk off and yet feeling like it was a waste of time sort of.

Either way, it's not a big deal unless you're looking at some seriously disturbing shit and liking it. Not sure how to feel about that last vid you talked about, I'd probably avoid something like that.

Maybe you should put your attention in others hobbies, be more social. The porn will be there tomorrow.
