DLSite:

A female exorcist themed RPG from the dev who made ESCAPE MISSION. Which doesn't seem to have a ulmf thread, but there is a F95 thread for it. The basic premise is that the MC gets sent to a remote village that is having monster/demon problems and after the intro dungeon, gets corrupted along the way, though to what degree depends on the player. (It appears to have multiple endings, from digging around in the files)

Advancing the main story line is pretty straightforward, just kill enemies in the dungeon until the orange meter fills up, you will be sent back to town in the evening, stay at the inn after seeing whatever scenes you want, and go to the next dungeon the following day. There is an exhaustion mechanic of sorts where if you run out of energy (or are defeated) you will be sent back to town to rest and finish the dungeon the next day. Note you will need to clear the first (forest) dungeon before the alchemist/doctor will sell items.

Village H events: These depend on several factors. Time of day (the game just has day and evening), level of corruption, and how far along you are in the main quest. Time of day can be changed by staying at the inn or by running out of energy / being defeated in the current dungeon. There does not seem to be any kind of time limit. All events have a progression based on how corrupted the MC is, but they are also locked behind main story progress after a point, so if you can't progress in a scene, you may need to advance in or finish the current dungeon. Not sure about pregnancy, if it's like the dev's previous game, there may be an ending or two with it, but it's definitely not a mechanic or main tag/focus.

Combat/defeat H events: This is where things get a little weird. For some reason the dev decided to make the enemies that have defeat scenes show up randomly. Not only that, but there can be multiple different H enemies in each area, and you cannot go back to an area once it's cleared. There is a poison item in the alchemist's shop that reduces your HP by half, but the H enemies tend to be stronger than everything else anyway if you are hunting defeat scenes. Side note, if you defeat the H enemies they are worth more XP and gold than normal enemies. The bosses have defeat scenes as well, and the story will progress whether the MC is defeated or wins the battle. In battle there are quick/minor harassment scenes if the MC is nude. Nudity can happen by enemies using a clothing tearing attack (some non-H enemies can do this, though they give no indication of this) or by a skill the MC will get after advancing corruption a bit. Don't recall which corruption level this was, think it was 3 or 4, but you can get it fairly early, I had it during the 2nd dungeon. EDIT: I dug into it further, and it is indeed random whether you encounter a regular enemy or an ero enemy. Ero enemies have a flat 15% chance to appear, and which one appears is random (but depend on the dungeon).

Controls are standard for RPGmaker.

(Tagged it with shota in the title because while it isn't a main focus, there are 2 shotas, each of which has multiple scenes with the MC.)

I was going to make a partial for this one, but ran into technical difficulties. (Translating the main pause menu breaks it, with a vague "script error" that tells me absolutely nothing, lol.)

Quick guide for specific village scenes, incomplete as I have not finished the game yet. Obviously this will contain some spoilers, though I will keep them minimal. All have multiple stages that require corruption level to advance, which itself requires main story progress to hit certain points. You should be able to see the first couple of stages for each one pretty early, though. Most of them require it to be evening, though not all of them. The quickest way to make it evening is to use the inn, it will have an option to wait until evening if it is daytime. You can also go to the dungeon, it will be evening when you return.

Corruption level breakpoints: It should raise when you stay at the inn, but you will need to have advanced the story to a certain point as well, so if it doesn't increase, just finish another level of the dungeon you are currently on and stay again. With that in mind, "Shame Level" (the smaller black number on the H status screen) needs to be at the following amounts to raise corruption/erosion level:
50 (Lv2), 110 (Lv3), 180 (Lv4), 260 (Lv5), 350 (Lv6), 450 (Lv7), 600 (Lv8), 750 (Lv9), 1100 (Lv10) This is from the game's files, not just me playing the game. The game doesn't tell you what amounts you need.

Inn sleeping scenes: These seem to be random, none of them triggered for me until the mid game, like dungeon 3. Looking in the game files, I see no reason why it couldn't trigger earlier, so I probably just got unlucky. I guess one could just wait until late in the game with high corruption and just spam the inn if you want to see all of these in a row. As I said in the OP, there appears to be no tracker for number of days past or anything. Obviously you just stay at the inn to trigger these.

Shota scenes: There are two different shotas, each with their own scenes, one living in each of the southeast houses in the village. They seem to be staggered, as in you can advance one then the other, but not both on the same "step" (if you're seeing every scene as soon as it's available). You can trigger these during the day or in the evening.

Peeping on the chief and Ayame: Next to the village chief's house at night, there will be a guy peeping on them, just talk to him to trigger a repeatable scene. (The scene will escalate based on corruption, but you'll see a shortened version of the current "stage" if you haven't hit the next threshold.)

Alchemist scenes: The village alchemist has several examination scenes, some triggered by choosing the checkup option when talking to him, and some by getting defeated by monsters. (The ones with defeat scenes, obviously)

Bar scenes: This area has the most scenes (by a lot, depending on what you consider a "scene"). Just talk to the bartender in the evening to start a waitress job event. You can try to fill orders to make extra money, or get harassed by the guys wandering around, or a bit of both. If the MC ends up frustrated (just get harassed a lot if you want to ensure this), there will be a scene with the bartender. As corruption rises, several things will happen. Her outfit will be changed to something even more skimpy, then eventually Ayame (village chief's wife) will show up as a waitress herself. At that point, you can talk to her after being harassed and she will move to the bathing room (May need to talk to her multiple times). You can then talk to the guard at the entrance and he will let you in to see what's happening (this scene will escalate based on corruption/story progress, with the MC joining in at some point).

Bath scenes: There may be scenes in addition to the ones directly tied to the bar scenes. Not sure, but there's something in the files about the npc in there having different dialogue that makes it sound like something happened (?).

Prostitution/warehouse scenes: Not sure how to trigger this, but there seem to be events tied to prostitution from looking in the game's files. The warehouse in the southwest corner of town in the evening seems to be related to it somehow. Was thinking maybe you just need to advance the bar events, but I haven't seen anything about it by the middle of the game and advancing the bar events pretty far.

Endings: Not sure, haven't cleared the game yet, but there appear to be 5 endings from looking in the game's files.
