Linear progression: scour the cave that you're supposed to go to and you will find it.
(I don't japanese but I'm pretty sure it's in a chest being guarded by four enemies that don't aggro)

Sorry for being a noob, but can I have a step-by-step guide to getting the translation to work? I tried pasting it in, but nothing really happened (there was nothing to paste over).

Happy to report, I just beat the game. Definitely a lot of work was put into this but not much happening in New Game +. Seems there's only the one ending judging by the CG I've unlocked. Still, H stuff aside, it's a pretty decent RPG in general.

I will say the thief attack power is severely under powered compared to everyone else but because he's more of healer character, it makes sense.

I am stuck at the 3rd town where the girls can work as a prostitutor, I don't know what to do next, there aren't any new locations, either

Go back to the second town, I believe, and work in the pub

Buy the mirror that costs 100G from any actual Item Shop (as in not the food merchant) in any town basically.
You only need one, and it's a reusable key item.

Um, I don't see any mirrors sold at any shops.

Edit: found it, well, maybe it's a translation bug that turns some items in the shop into the nameless ones with 0G.
