To be fair, you've made this decision rather easy. A

Re: EVP-0128: The Life of a Biological Weapon

Voting results:
1) A 5 votes, B 0 votes. Cat plays along.
Cat forces herself to breathe and relax, and feels the hand of the guard thrusting her out into the night air. Blackness surrounds her, and she plummets through a layer of clouds to see the installation's lights below. The wind past her cheek tells her she is traveling at a very high speed, and yet it is somewhat serene up in the skies, looking down at the ant-sized base.

Yet as peaceful as the fall is, this is new and scary territory for the technician, who has never been parachuting or even rappelling before. From what she remembers, there is usually a cord or something with a ring that one pulls to release the chute. The guard's instructions made it clear that releasing the chute would also release her hands... so how was she meant to release the chute? She struggles against her bindings and rigging, then stops, forcing herself to calm down. Breaking the wrong strap could prevent deployment of the chute, and she doesn't want to do that. Not at this speed.

She continues studying her rigging... when a small set of beeps rings out from her harness. She can hear the chute deploying behind her, and her wrist bindings are suddenly loosened significantly. She can freely move her arms and hands again. The dark parachute jerks her into a much slower speed, and she experimentally twists some of the straps one way and the next. Cat begins to believe she can control the direction of her fall somewhat.

At this point, Cat is definitely going to land in the installation. She does have a measure of control over where she falls, however, and is able to pick out a couple of spots that look like decent landing areas. If she keeps falling the way she's heading, there is a small building that looks like a base police station due to the fencing and number of police cars around it. To the north is a small park with a lake. To the south, she can see a larger building with a parking garage attached. The roof parking has only two cars on it at present. To the east there are a number of piers with ships, behind fencing. To the west, she can see a lit baseball field adjacent to what looks to be a school.

Cat aims for...
A) the police building,
B) the park with the lake,
C) the larger building with an attached parking garage,
D) the fenced-off piers with the ships, or
E) the baseball field and school.

B. Let's try to land somewhere where we're not going to be immediately jumped by large numbers of people.

Re: EVP-0128: The Life of a Biological Weapon

Ehhhh... let's land in the park by the lake. That place seems like it would have the least amount of power lines to get incinerated on.

My other choice for a nice big landing pad would be the baseball field, but there's probably those giant lights there we could get stuck on... and if power lines weren't a problem, I'd say the parking garage, because we could then loot a car. Cars are helpful. They'd be even more helpful if we were good at stealing things, incidentally.

Let's NOT land in the lake. That sounds bad.

I vote for C. Don't think I want to have Cat raped by military dogs just yet, and this is likely the admin or actual research building.

Take out the people here, then deal with the police when we, or at least the scent, is stronger.

Also, this will give scientist-types less time to try to destroy research. Yes, destroying the research is good, but we want more. We want to get copies. We want to do so well that we get exonerated, (possibly) cured (since we might like the results of the treatment), and promoted.

1) A 1 vote, B 4 votes, C 1 vote, D 0 votes, E 0 votes. Cat aims for the park with the lake.
In what must be a combination of luck and dexterity, Cat makes a graceful landing... in fact a member of the airborne infantry might well be envious of that particular landing. She touches down in the soft grass right next to the lake. She sees street lamps every fifty feet or so, casting dim light. A small but thick clump of trees stand about twenty feet away, in the opposite direction from her. A small concrete path runs from north to south. Removing her parachute proves to be rather more difficult. She struggles with the straps, then her ears pick up a rhythmic pounding.

The pounding grows in intensity, and soon breath can be heard, a heavy, thick breathing. Definitely female, and definitely under considerable exertion. Cat looks behind her at the rather obvious parachute she drags behind her...

Cat can...
A) confront the female,
B) grab her chute and hide in the trees,
C) grab her chute and climb a thick tree in the clump,
D) dive in the lake and drag her chute along, or
E) try to use the path to outrun the female.

Turn chute into bedding, to minimize the amount of dirt we get in our ass when she inevitably rapes the shit out of us.

It might be a good idea to bundle it up and sink it, later. Parachutes are probably suspicious.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but in order to maximise our effectivness, shouldn't we just sound an alarm, put something on fire etc. and hide? And when a reaaally big group amasses we just jump from out from our hiding spot and... well... lay calmly while 3/4 of base murders each other to fuck us?

Maybe we don't fully know the extent to which our power(?) works? Maybe, despite the what the project did to us, we don't necessarily feel like just letting ourselves be rape-bait?
