ive been having this issue with a game where i keep getting this error telling me that a file couldnt be loaded. can anyone help me fix this? idk if a file is missing or a plugin isnt working

Most likely answer is that you didn't switch your local unicode setting to Japanese before extracting the game.
It result in Japanese named files having a corrupted name, and the game unable to find them.

Solution => switch to Japanese Unicode and extract the game again
