So I downloaded 2.04 with the Eng translation and uncensored patch. I thought it would be a full translation, but nearly every prostitution H scene is untranslated, all the masturbation scenes, and even the high corruption scenes. I don't get how it can be called an English translation when over 70% of the most quintessential part of the game is untranslated. Or am I playing an outdated version?

See that green icon with "WIP" in the title of the thread? WIP means Work In Progress. As in it's not complete. If it were complete, it would have a blue icon saying "Complete".
And as slicer said, I dropped it quite a while ago. I don't have control over the OP as Yugi started the thread back when he started working on the translation. Also might be worth pointing out that he hasn't been active on ulmf in a long time. I'd say put "dropped/abandoned" in the title, but people obviously don't pay attention to the title anyway.
