I have a version that is DRM free, translated and uncensored. Not sure if its yours or not, I don't think I got it from this site, though.

Either way, if worst comes to worst, I can probably put it up if anyone needs it.

If it's anything post 3.25, yes it's mine. I'm the only 1 who uploaded a "real" 3.30 since last year ..... Check the pages in this thread around Jan. 2015

Looks like its being planned to update for an ultimate edition though I have no clue how the author has been or going to distribute it.

It also looks like the Kasumi character is gone while having customizability. I also have feeling that it's going to be released to be playable in tablets based on the UI
