The mega link (yes, even the second edited one) didn't work. I didn't bother trying the multi-links. However, I can confirm that this link from nyaa works perfectly with no need to manually edit anything.

When I run the version from the link, it still gives me the same error that prevents me from accessing even the character select screen. (The one I quoted in my last comment.)

Is there any gallery for animation (if there's any animation), and where to access it?

Are you sure you extracted everything to the right folder?
You gave to extract all the files from the Japanese named folder into your ff folder.
Then, extract the gallery folder into the game's main folder (so it merges with the old gallery folder).
After that, I renamed the files to

rename like this, and you can play without any error.

z1.player => zako01.player
z2.player => zako02.player
zob.player => ゾブラ.player
b.player => バニー.player
b2.player => バニー02.player
ken.player => 拳法.player
ama.player => アマゾネス.player
syo2.player => ショタ.player
samura.player => サムライ.player
bn2.player => ボンゴラ02.player
bo1.player => 坊主.player

and it works for me.

The gallery? It come full as far as I know in the torrent. To access it, first select chara, choose the left (or right? The one where the character got fucked), and choose the H animation one.

Try changing the name of your file ? sometimes it didn't work for me when there is japanese or any special caracters.

open with AppLocale, try to use google where u can get it
happy play

Game -> Select Char -> H Gallery -> Gallery -> play S*X scene and finish
then there's go back to screen, sometime the game is Error, yea just sometime

Unfortunately none of this renaming and replacing files worked for me, I still get an error message at the end of the third (I think) intro screen.

I downloaded twice, from valwin and that one torrent sites you had up and still all characters can be played except Nanaba. It really irritating.

You must be registered to see the links

replace your player file with this one. see if it lets you play Nanaba.

he made a blog update about the nanaba thing. apparently its caused by some sound effect codec and windows xp, and he fixed it along with a startup bug and then updated the download on dlsite.

that means someone has to leak it again though

I've tried like all the combinations of downloads and renaming in this thread, and I cannot get it to work; get past the intro screens, and "an unhandled win32 exception occurred in ff.exe"

I tried that, as soon as I replace ff.kgt it crashes whenever it tries to load the character select screen. Also there's no Japanese folder in the torrent, so I have no idea what link you assumed I was referring to.
