got some news from chibataue.

he currently can't upload the game but he did find a torrent of it. I'll prob upload it tomorrow then if anyone wants it to send me a pm (i'm not used to this but should be fairly painless considering lol) or I can relay the torrent link for people if they rather just have that.

got the game, but refuses to open, even when I try to run it as Admin and switched region settings to Japanese. HELP

You will probably have to unpack while having Japanese Unicode enabled or using Applocale. Otherwise the file names will be screwed up.
