On Steam:

Embarrassed Shina- Chan - A girl wakes up naked in town and has to sneak around to avoid being seen and attacked.

Escape from Fortress Lugohm - A thief sneaking around in a fortress where she had been captured. Some of Baron Sengia's other games feature sneaking as well.

Slave's Sword has a few parts where the heroine must sneak to escape from a dungeon, and gets punished if the guards spot her.
