Anyone know what you're supposed to do after getting the jewel from the end cave by the second town? I can access the 3rd town now, but no one in town activates anything and unsure what to do next

In the third town go to the right of the pub and talk to the guard. Choose the first option. After a scene go into the pub and talk to the guy on the lower left of the left most table. Then go back to first town and go into the guard house and talk to the girl in the uppermost left room. Go back to the third city and go into the house on the lower right. It has a blue roof. After that go to the very north with all the boxes and interact with the nearest small box between a large and a small box along the wall. Then navigate through the sewers.

got a bit of a problem, opening the compressed file was hard already, but the audio is filenames are ALL F'ed UP...like if i had opened it in a wrong language (maybe cause it was on a chinese site?) can anybody upload the audio file?. i never had this problem before since my comp is set for japanese non unicode...this is really annoying.

Try extracting this:
7ZIP does wonders for correct encryption. I suggest that in the future, when you plan on playing your porn you restart the computer in Japanese Locale, play it, and then restart it again on English Locale, also, do this before extracting (usually not necessary with 7ZIP files if you have the correct fonts in your computer).

sadly, the file you linked gives me the same error, the game actually works correctly until i reach the third city (after beating the slime in the dungeon and getting that red gem). but when i try to enter the third city, is crashes saying it cannot find an audio file..and a bunch of files are named with stuff that doesnt even seem right to me, and i dont even speak japanese.
my computer is already set to japanese locale but this file here is the first to give me all this trouble...like if the audiofile was simply...wrong.

Just download the trial from dlsite and then simply put it's whole audio folder into the full game's folder, swapping the files. Worked wonders for me. ~

lol, happened to me too, it's a bug.
Grab any (yes, any) mp3 file in your computer, name it boss1, put in the Audio/BGM folder, fixed.
