Or I'm reading it wrong, it's actually "パカ" = "paka", and I have no idea what that is supposed to mean...

Yes, it was Baka. It was explaining the things on the screen, enemies, etc etc, and had Cirno as ⑨, which was labelled as Baka/Idiot.

While I was busy with off-line celebrations yesterday, I'm glad the thread was made so I still get the chance here, late or not. All glory to the ⑨!!

One of the best things about Cirno day, is that you can do something entirely stupid, or even fail at something stupid, and still achieve the spirit of ⑨ism.

I begin with my own humble ⑨ tribute drawn earlier in the year.

And my shirts came in the nick of time. Me, my brother, sister and my flat mate all went for a stroll around Norwich city sporting our matching shirts. Whilst eating large amounts of ice cream from 2 litre tubs (10 litres between us) with military surplus sporks. We gave the ice cream that we couldn't cope with away to confused strangers. Much fun was had. ^_^

(and yes, if you can read that faint blue type behind the rest (photo makes it less obvious), I am wearing a shirt that says "Idiot" on it.

I've already sold 6 to friends, some of which were quite unexpected sales even. Together we look a bit like those pack hunting street workers trying to promote something.
