Re: Happy Cirno Day!

While I tried to think of a funny line about shipping from the UK to the UK, nothing I came up with was much good. So anyway, yes, as long as you don't mind it coming in a van rather than a ship. =)

Though I haven't actually put any on ebay yet. I'll have to get in gear and set that up. I'm guessing ebay's the best method? I'm not much of a merchant.

バ=Ba
パ=Pa
馬鹿 \ バカ=Baka
Hope you see the difference and if you don't...
Ba has "
Pa has one of those small degrees circle.
...I know the difference between the kana... I just couldn't tell from the not-actually-that-blurry-but-still-somewhat-indistinct scan image whether it was a double-quote or a circle. Given that it's a block of six light-gray pixels.

Depends. Are you just trying to sell to Aika? Then you don't need eBay for that... just negotiate via email how much Aika'll pay (don't forget the mailing costs), get him to send you money via Paypal or mailed cheque or what-have-you, and then go to the post office and mail the shirt out.

If you're hoping to sell to random people, then yes, eBay will help there. You'll get more exposure, and you'll also get access to eBay's auction tools, so you don't have to do negotiations yourself. But with the added exposure comes the chance that the copyright holders will get annoyed at you profiting off their work, and send a cease-and-desist letter.

Re: Happy Cirno Day!

Well I've still got a few more I plan to sell, so probably e-bay would be helpful, allowing me to post a link and such. Though for Aika I'm plenty trusting enough to do a simple deal. I've been selling them for £10 so far. Postage would be between £1.50 and 50 pence (depending on how flat it's posible to fold them, haven't tried yet).

And there's certainly no concerns regarding copyright here. Touhou is only what it is today because copyright has never entered the picture. The sole creator (known as) ZUN, has repeatedly refused large sums of money from companys wanting to cash in on the series. The reason is he never wants any money hungry bussinessman to hold any rights over it that might hurt the fan comunity. Meanwhile small time fan made merchandise and creations are everywhere and allowed free roam. Being a fan of the series aside, Touhou's rampant success story is something I find very interesting itself.

And all that aside, the design is my own and purely text, and I commisioned the printing of the shirts my self. You can't copyright the number 9.

Hang on, before this sinks further. Who voted no? Own up. :mad:

Re: Happy Cirno Day!

Not me. And Unknown I will buy one - in a week or so.

Re: Happy Cirno Day!

It's also okay, September is Cirno month.
But Cirno Day only happens once a century

Re: Happy Cirno Day!

Cool, I'll keep one saved for you then Aika. If your okay with doing the deal without ebay taking a cut just pm or email me sometime so I can send one your way.

I think I'm going to dedicate every 09/09/?? to Cirno. It's just too much fun.
