I'm happy to announce that Meltys Quest will be on schedule to release on October.

In addition, Meltys Quest will release worldwide of Steam.

Meltys Quest will release first on dlsite.

is there going be two uncensored patch version? or is there just going to be one? i got a notification in my email about this thread and i read there was going to be two versions of a uncensored patch or am i reading it wrong?

Looking back at previous posts made by Remtairy View Post, it is probably late October.

Of course, if Sachinama pulls a fast one and Remtairy goes overdrive translation and finishes early, in which case I do not mind being wrong.

It's just one patch. If there needs to be a different patch for different versions of the game, they will all still patch to the same uncensored images.

There's no mosaic because it will be a full uncensor

Meltys Quest now has a Steam Store page up!

The release date is tentatively set to October 24th.

The game isn't done yet, and there is a chance Steam might not like something during their review process which would set the release date back.


There's some new changes to the release that I must announce. The Steam version of Meltys Quest will now be released before the DLsite Ecchi version. Due to Steam policies, the Steam version will have a heavier censorship than the DLsite versions. However, the Steam version will have an exclusive uncensor patch that completely removes all mosaic. Contrary to the previous announcement, Sachinama and I have decided that this uncensor patch will NOT work for the DLsite versions.

Therefore the Steam version will initially have heavier censorship, but can be uncensored with a free patch released on my patreon, no subscription required.

The DLsite versions will have normal censorship, and there will not be an official patch provided to uncensor them.

Get the DLsite version and stay under the radar, but have to deal with censorship

You could make an alternate steam account for Hgames, or play offline.

Steam has a function to hide games, or you could just use a second account since that's easier and more reliable. That, or just accept that most people peruse porn and people are not very likely to give you shit about it.
