Not the good section of the forum.
And even not reading Japanese, it look like a typical "game not installed" error.
In short, after downloading the game, don't just use the game start application, but install it to play it.
(theses game tend to have the same content looking folder when installed or not, but if not installed they won't start)

The error message actually says the CD has to be in the drive for the game to run. If it's an older game which doesn't have a no-cd crack, keeping the physical disk at hand before playing is required.
You have to install it to get it to work. I'm having an entirely different problem. I get to the tournament path selection screen and all I get is this. I have the original version, and I don't remember running into this problem. It's not letting me continue past this.
