Helix Girl Beast help!

This game was posted on here a while back and I'm just wanting to know if anyone has figured out how the hell you are supposed to equip different gear. I dont have any of the game translated so I'm already running around in the dark, but this would be much appreciated if anyone can help

On the first floor of the guild at the table by the stairs, speak with one of the NPCs. The equipment window should pop up.
