Help with H-Games from Steam

I'm preparing to go to Japan in near future... But I have a problem.... I want to play the english version of H-games that is avaliable from Steam... Some of them not a problem, but others I have issues: Treasure Hunter Claire(Cannot use the official Patch), Eiyuu Senki(same), Evenicle(didn't buy, but it isn't avaliable for Japan store). Some of them are avaliable in external sites. But I read that I can't access the sites from Japan because of the censorship. The Treasure Hunter Claire I have from Steam.... Can I buy the English version in other site and play on Japan or this could be a problem? Same for Evenicle.

Update again....

I have some Kagura games and I have more in my wishlist. But I have a problem... I'm going to Japan in the near future, and the patches are not permited there so anyone has a solution? Because to learn japanese it's gonna take a while.

I already finished Evenicle... But I doubt that will run in Japan.

You should be able to use the patch even if you're in Japan. It's just that the law in Japan forbids distributing "indecent" materials" ,which is why Kagura Games states that on their website.
