I have entered the correct DRM password but I keep getting this message.

Changed Local to Japanese, system is win10.

That message is saying you need Japanese windows. Try changing location, and time zone to Japanese as well as your locale perhaps?

Some of these games are pretty anal about your locale settings. If not, maybe try using ntleas?
