but it only has exe file which cannot be decrypted by RPG Maker Decrypter
What should I do? Other games from this series had rpgm3 (don't remember how its called exactly)

It's an MV rpg maker game. RPG maker decrypter don't work with MV rpg maker.
I think you'll need this work to extract the files :

You must be registered to see the links

And then you'll need a working version of rpg maker MV to edit the files.
