How to prevent repeated text hooks?

Playing an RPG maker MV game and the text from a status window is constantly refreshed so that the text hooker is spammed with the status text even when other text boxes are present. Happens with both Textractor and the MV patcher. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

As it stands, there is regrettably no regex filter to prevent thread spamming.

In 10 years when we have the next big clean-up I'll just delete all the threads with less than a page of posts.
