Unless your character is doing something, consider your current character in a new day, her stamina, as well as any depleted essence, now restored.

(Selena, Iris, Melanie, and Melissa come to mind.)

And here is a little list of stats improved;

(Lin, although in her current predicament, has leveled her Handgun stat to 3!)

(Josie, using the last of her energy to excercise in order to take her mind off of things, has leveled her strength up to 3!)

(Jenn, after her "experience," feels a little more agile, as her acrobatics has increased to 2!)

Letris walks into the shop, again, her hair still wet from her morning shower. She glances to (Jesse out yet?), nods, then looks at the mission board to see if any had shown up since she left for bed.

Am I included amongst those who've regenerated their lost energy? I can't really tell seeing as how your latest post in Meredith's thread and your first thread both say they were posted 3 hours ago. (with obviously no indication of minutes)

Meredith woke up the next morning, so yup, stamina's back and all!
