Can someone please re-post the patched EXE for this game? It's possible to launch it with the registry tweak, but then another check brings up a "cannot play in non-Japanese windows code=0" message.

Well you can still find the game if you're looking for "RJ053502" - there are still at least 2 hosts ( hotfile and deposit ) available.
I just got the problem that I can't get it to run - with the patch posted above I'm always getting an error as soon I start character creator or game modus...

Can anybody help me I get this screen in everytime I copy the save file to game folder. Then enter the game this screen show up.

that looks like your save game isn't compatible with the game, you either need a newer version of the game, or an older one, depending on which version the save game is for.

okay, in the zip or rar file whatever it is in this mega link, there is another zip or rar file with japanese characters, use the installer from that one and use the exe from the mega link above
