"Smarter over the years," Oknish the orc repeated sardonically, "We were always smarter than you outsiders. We don't slaughter each other over dirt and rocks... Not unless there's something IN them that's worth taking. And we don't fight over petty insults or for blatant lunacy like you lot either!" The derision with which he spoke of what Ayame could only assume were all those who weren't orcs was plain, but after receiving her altered instructions he simply nodded and said; "I'll figure something out to make your game more interesting, don't worry."

The demoness listened to Ayame's list of destinations with a tilted head and a smile, mimicking the kitsune's contemplative pose. "Quite a few destinations you have in mind... What's a little fox like you doing, going to so many places in a night? I wonder.... As for a price, I think a bit of coin will earn you a trip around town. For the tip..." she paused and smiled a tiny bit more broadly, "I'm sure that we can work something out~ Does that sound agreeable to you? My rate for so many destinations is a mere ten denarii... But an argument could be made for eight, given the right incentives of course."

"Oh? So you're saying it's the rejects of your society that first wandered out? That certainly explains a lot. Regardless though, I'll be looking forwards to what you come up with."

Innovation, the most powerful tool available to a performer. Though his attitude required a bit of work, racial pride needing to be knocked down a peg or two, with some work he might make a fine assistant. Well, that was getting too far ahead of herself really. She would have to make a name for herself, with a spectacular first performance before she could even begin to consider those things.

"For now though, I've other preparations to make. I'll see you all Friday night."

And with that, Ayame would finally take her leave.

It was blatantly obvious what those "incentives" would be of course, what else could a eater of souls possibly demand? Yet for a mere two Denarii discount, well... As exciting as it might be to match her abilities with that of a demon's, that would also mean baring her soul to a stranger. And of course, that'd mean running the risk of letting her identity be known preemptively. Well, she'd decide based on how much she enjoyed the tour then.

"Mmm...let's just say I've been advised to do a bit of browsing. To get a handle for the town I'll be spending the next cycles in shall we say? As for the rate though..."

Sliding her hands away from sight, into her loose sleeves, the kitsune would close her eyes for a moment appearing to ponder; as if in deep contemplation, despite the conclusion she had already arrived at. Then, to make a dramatic show of things...she'd bring her hands out from the sleeves and clap them together, seemingly make five coins appear out of thin air into the palm of her right hand.

"Reasonable enough I suppose~... Though if you don't mind, I'd prefer it if I could pay half up front instead and the rest at the end of the tour. It'd give me time to...consider, the incentives a "little fox" like me could offer. And of course, what would be appropriate for a tip. Would that be fine Miss...?

That said, if the demoness really did desire the full payment up front, Ayame would provide ten Denarii accordingly, bringing her other hand over the extended one and seemingly doubling the amount...with a bit of a disappointed look of course, mixed with a twinge of boredom. The "stuffy" type, while respected to some extent, were of little interest to her...and quite frankly, with what would most likely be expected of incentives? She had little interest of laying with them.

"Half up front is quite agreeable," the demoness replied simply, not apparently impressed by her sleight of hand. She did, however, carefully weigh the coins she was offered, even biting one to ensure that they were real. She seemed mildly disappointed that Ayame wanted specifics regarding her suggested "incentives" so early, and she dropped the seductive air as she plainly said; "That should be obvious enough... Sex. I've got enough energy to hold me over for a long while, and plenty of prospects for getting more, but it never hurts to engender more, no? If you're not interested that's quite fine, most people are nervous around 'cubi. Particularly tourists."

As the succubus opts to drop the seductive airs, so to would Ayame opt to drop the more..."flowery" language. She wasn't the "Magnificent Marlome" at the moment after all, there wasn't really a need to be overly dramatic in a simple conversation if the other showed no interest. That said though, of course, she too couldn't help but just be "mildly" disappointed with how straightforward things were going. Life was more exciting with an unexpected twist or turn after all...

"Discomfort? Not really. I've had enough experiences over the years that 'cubi' as you put it, don't really bother me. Being a soul eater myself, I can relate easily enough...though I don't subsist upon it. But with that said because I don't require it to function, in recent years I've made it a personal rule only to sleep with individuals I find at least moderately intriguing. While I can't say you haven't perked my interest slightly, I'd prefer a bit more time in your company before I see if offering "incentives" in this transaction would suit me. Thus for now, I'll be in your care."

"Fair enough!" the demoness replied brightly, apparently not the least bit offended by Ayame's words. "Moira's is the closest, so how about we go there first eh?" she suggested, and if Ayame replied affirmatively she would be led through the busy streets of Acheron, passing its inhabitants and its tourists in legion, before she found herself standing in front of fairly colorful brothel. In line with Acheron's laws, there was no nudity on display outside, but a pair of women possessed of the supernatural level of beauty that was really to be expected of succubi by now stood just outside the door, beckoning to passersby encouragingly. Even as she and her guide walked towards the brothel, she watched as several people stepped inside.

Not necessarily overjoyed by the demon's lack of offense, but perhaps content enough to resume a more cheerful demeanor, Ayame would allow herself to be led to the first of her destinations...the brothel, taking care to look around and make observations. The lack of "utter" nudity in Acheron for one, was just a bit curious to the fox, enough so that she'd opt to make a comment about it.

"...Interesting, wouldn't expect Acheron to possess laws against exhibitionism."

But not so much as to start a whole conversation with regard to it, merely acknowledge the fact's existence. More important to keep her attention on the actual destinations of her tour of course, namely the brothel she now stood in front of.

"Well then, shall we head in? No point in visiting and not taking a look inside..."

"Lets! I love this place~" the succubus replied, and she giggled excitedly as they entered the brothel, receiving a wink and a smile from both of the demons standing beside the door. If there was a ban on public nudity, there didn't seem to be any clause in it for private property, as Ayame found herself in what resembled the main room of a tavern that was about a quarter filled with naked flesh. And not just demons were present among the potential subjects either; humans, elves of both the Northern and Eastern variety, orcs, faeries, and even a woman that looked to be a harpy or a fallen angel were among those on offer, and men were almost as common as women. The prostitutes wore only tags, listing their abilities and their attributes, a common aspect being how powerful their spirits were. The place was abuzz with carnal atmosphere, but other than the nudity or near-nudity of most of the room's occupants and a few of the signs detailing what was on offer, the lewd aspects of the brothel were fairly muted compared to what Ayame might have expected.

The room was furnished in rich wood and spotlessly clean. There was a set of stairs leading up in the back of the room, and Ayame spotted one of the people she'd seen going upstairs, led by a an elven women in a pair of white leggings and nothing else, and a quartet of doors on the right hand wall that all had signs, two of which read; "Occupied" while the one closest to the stairs read; "Employees Only," and the third read; "Vacant." Finally, on the left hand wall was a a series of empty chairs running from the wall next to the door to a a desk, behind which sat a tanned woman possessed breathtaking beauty, her figure almost (and perhaps actually) magical in its efforts to inspire lust. Sighting Ayame and her guide near the door, the woman behind the desk beckoned them over, and when they came up she said; "Welcome to Moira's! I am, as you may have guessed, Moira! What'll you be interested in today? We're having a special at the gloryholes today, buy one get a second round for a denarius!" she said, and then seemed to recognize the succubus next to Ayame, causing her to grin knowingly, "Your usual Tzina? He's not used yet today~" Ayame's guide shook her head and replied; "Not today Moira, unless my client here is looking for something to help her relax~" Both of them turned to eye Ayame, Moira unsurprisingly expecting that she'd be here as a customer while her guide, apparently Tzina, was likely curious as to why she'd want to stop in here.
