Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"I know, and I've got faith that they won't need that long to recover. But we'll have to do each one individually or in small groups to keep the others from knowing most likely. Which is unfortunate, but necessary. We've got a special cellar area under the portal room in the basement, where we do that training. We do some nifty spell work and stuff to make everything seem realistic. Main problem is I think that we'll need to either knock them out, or blindfold them to take them down there, so they don't know where we're going," Miu whispered back as the girls all perked up about going to Bella's.

"Also girls, I'm gonna have Kylie look into getting you all some shields to carry with you. You don't need to use them all the time, but against ranged enemies, having a shield is very good," Miu said aloud so the girls could hear her. "Some light steel reinforced shields will do just fine," she added, to give Kylie an idea of what kind to really get for them.

They all made their way to Bella's with Kylie, unless she went elsewhere, while Miu remained behind and told Kylie she'd have Amara help her to get the basement ready for the next day's events.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie headed with the girls to Bella, leaving it all to Miu so she could pay Bella basically, her dreaded enchanted toy safely in it's box back under her arm. When she got there, she'd pay the tab incurred by the minotaurs, and then just have it reset for the girls. Live it up ladies. Honestly me and Giselle could use a break from the constant Feasting. Bella! You know how I work. Everything the girls need is on me. Anyone gets grabby break their legs she called out cheerfully to the Okami, waving on her way out as she headed back to the house.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

When they got to Bella's, Kylie found that the minotaur guys hadn't splurged all that much, the bill only being about 20-25 gold or so at most, and that was including a room for a night or two at the inn connected to the tavern. Everyone got some drinks and a late lunch picked out and ordered, with Bella nodding to Kylie and telling her not to worry.

Back at the house, Kylie found Giselle wasn't there, but Tina and Selara were, with both Palla and Kat, all four in the living room playing cards.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie left the girls to have fun and since Giselle wasn't home, she just walked on by everyone else and then headed back out after dropping off the suit to pick up a job. There was nothing better to do.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Hey Kylie, Giselle said to try and be back around eight o'clock, that she had a surprise for you or something. She was pretty vague and didn't say much," Tina told Kylie as she headed back out.

Heading back to the job board, Kylie saw one that may be interesting to her. The job was from Bella, Alan, and a couple of the other shop/market stall owners, to head to the alraune village and pick up the monthly shipment of goods and escort it back to town, and take them their stuff, which was being packed up at that very moment, each person up to a maximum of one dozen guards and helpers to load and unload the goods would be paid 20 gold.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Seeing a lack of real jobs, and not thinking 20 gold for escort anything was worth it, Kylie sighed and abandoned the board. The guards could Guard. She headed back to the temple with nothing better to do at the moment looking to train with Yuki and do her own exercises for the day.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Leaving the relatively empty job board for now, well, less empty, and more just the other 4 jobs already had stamps on them indicating that someone else was in the process of doing them. Anyway, leaving the job board, Kylie made her way back to the temple where she found Amara and Miu both sitting in the main temple living room area talking with Hazel and Ashera about tomorrow's tests for the girls.

Yuki was in the back gardens tending to them, but when Kylie came out to her, she smiled and nodded. "Sure, I don't mind hon, come on," Yuki said, looking outright cheerful, and Kylie saw that she wasn't wearing her amulet, and apparently hadn't been since the whole Ashera thing.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Given up on the amulet? or just happier without it? Kylie asked her as she agreed to train, Kylie taking off her gauntlets and taking a stance she was getting more used to with Yuki, looking forward to hours of sparring and exercise.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"I dunno, I've just... felt more, at ease without it since the whole thing with Ashera, than I used to rather. It feels pretty good to be honest," Yuki said, smiling as she led Kylie over to the backyard area near the waterfall.

Yuki took her fighting stance and prepared to fight, and then went at Kylie, taking the initiative and attacking first, but she went easy at first, while they warmed up. She went easy for a good five minutes, unless Kylie tried to pick up the pace and get to the real sparring sooner than that. If Kylie waited for the five minutes though, Yuki hopped back at that point, and stretched a bit before cracking her knuckles. "Alright, now to get really into it," Yuki would say.

Then, Kylie saw Yuki rush at her and threw a strong punch at Kylie, giving her a good bit of chin music with her fist and forcing Kylie to lean back to avoid the blow.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Kylie enjoyed the warm up, feeling the sun on her body as they moved, before it all started for real and Yuki went on the offensive again, Kylie backflipping and splitting into her 4 states.

Right! I'm gonna go shooting. I'm not getting pummeled for your amusement, I'll train with Maria. While Wind went to practice on her own back at the house, using her training room to vicious efficiency. Sun however stayed with Yuki and Cheered, Blonde, Wild, and Ready to fucking Rumble. WOO! she yelled, Rushing Yuki this time and showing no hangups in her thinking, devoted to hand to hand entirely. Punchy kicky WATAAAAAAH! she cried, throwing a right before spinning into a high roundhouse and then bouncing back after to flip and drop her heel at Yuki hard, laughing giddily the entire time.

Show me what you GATAAAAHHHHH! she continued, fighting with all her heart while Water moved to find Maria, swords already drawn, and Storm went to the archery range.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

As Kylie backflipped away from Yuki and split into four, Yuki catfaced and grinned, looking amused and almost... glad. As the rest split and left Sun there while they went and did their own kinds of training, Sun Kylie went at Yuki, who returned everything Sun Kylie gave her, blow for blow. Yuki caught Sun's heel and shoved upward, forcing Kylie to do a backflip that she wasn't prepared for, and making her land flat on her butt.

...

Water Kylie found Maria training up on top of shrine hill, in between all of the shrines, and she smiled to Water Kylie, agreeing to train with her, and teach Kylie how better to wield her sword.

...

Ilyana was at the archery range on the west side of the temple, Kylie was shooting her bow alongside Ilyana the whole time, both making bets and performing amazing feats of archery.

...

When she got back to her training room, Wind ran into Giselle down there, a picnic blanket unrolled in the middle of the main chamber, and a basket full of different foods for her and Kylie. "Oh... I didn't realize you'd split from the others hon. Come here love. I had planned on a picnic dinner for me and Kylie, just the two of us. I was thinking of either doing it on top of the tower, or down here, and settled on down here so no bugs bothered us while we ate and relaxed," Giselle said, pulling Wind Kylie over and hugging her lovingly, kissing her on the lips.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

EVERYONE was happy training, and Sun more then anyone as Yuki flipped her, landing on her ass and laughing before going back to it. Her exuberance was inexhaustible and she truly loved fighting with Yuki. The others were just as happy but more patient.

Wind hugged Giselle tightly and clapped her hands about the picnic plan. getting parchment and writing. Everyone will love it. I wont tell. it said, Wind giggling silently to herself.

Anyone else maybe not, But we love the dark and the quiet more then the open anyway. I'm excited. she continued, before curling up in Giselle's lap and cuddlign.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Come on Kylie... whichever one you are. I dunno what the hell you did, but this Kylie is awesome," Yuki said, their struggle continuing, and Yuki not holding back, as Sun didn't seem to care too much about... anything really, yet everything at once.

Eventually, after a good ten minutes more, Sun Kylie and Yuki both managed to grapple one another, and they were stuck in a test of wills to see who would give in first, with Yuki holding Sun Kylie in a leg lock, while Sun Kylie had Yuki in an arm bar with her left arm.

...

"Alright Kylie, that's it, hold it like that for a high guard stance. Honestly, a high guard stance is one of the better ones, in my opinions, especially if you have a longer sword. But it's good with a shorter one like yours too," Maria told Water Kylie, teaching her new stances and such, before sparring with her back and forth, simply gauging her abilities in each stance. It turned out that Kylie was actually pretty good with a high stance.

...

Storm Kylie got a bet from Ilyana, for a hundred gold, that she couldn't bank shot off of one of the hanging lanterns, through one of the steel hoops that were hanging from the trees for precision training, and then into the target, within six inches of the center.

...

"Hmhm, I know you won't hon, and not because you can't really talk either," Giselle told Wind Kylie, hugging her in return even more and cuddling the whole time, kissing her on the lips and just simply holding her for now. "Say Wind, I was thinking, is there any way I can help you girls out with training and stuff? I mean, I'm not a great fighter or anything, but I wouldn't mind helping whenever, and however I could. I'd love to help though, whether it's training the Rangers, or what have you, if only to be able to be with you more often and stuff," she went on to say to Wind.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Wind returned the affection while everyone else was practicing. Water seemed to have trouble in some stances without her second sword as a balance. It was a weakness, but it gave her another blade to block and attack with. But she seemed to like High guard, and Sword Draw the most, preferring to either be on the defensive with her stance, or ready to move off the draw instead of preparing a stance in advance since she spun in her own styles so often it aided the draw, made it faster, more dangerous.

Storm laughed as the bet was made and shrugged, giving it a shot, but not before adding one of her own. I'll bet you just as much, that you can't match my multishot with wooden bows. she countered, whether she failed the bank or not, drawing the wooden bow again and drawing 5 arrows, splitting them amongst 5 targets.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Defensive stances like the high guard here, are good for parrying and countering enemy attacks. A good duelist one, which is the only fighting style I can really say is the one you use. Now against heavily armored enemies with spears and shields, you'll want to have a mid guard, to be ready for anything they can throw at you, but against larger swords and stuff, a high guard is best. At least in my opinion, and experience," Maria told Kylie, as she taught her more about stances. "You're really improving a lot Kylie. I'm very proud of how far you've come with blades since that first time we sparred," she added with a happy smile, patting Kylie's shoulder.

...

"Alright, bet taken," Ilyana said, grinning as she drew 5 arrows and strung them all, preparing to launch all of them at different targets after Kylie tried her luck first.

[Kylie's shot - 5 = failed (needed to roll 14 or higher to succeed)]
[Ilyana's shot - 4 = failed (needed to roll a 14 or higher to succeed)]

Kylie's shot went good at first, banking just as she wanted to, and it soared towards the ring, and actually hit the metal part of the ring and clanged to the ground.

Ilyana laughed and drew all of her arrows, her strong, yet slender elven hand making it hard to perform like Kylie could, and she let loose, and Kylie saw the near comical act go off as 1 arrow actually flew to the side and hit a tree, 1 literally just poofed and hit the ground at their feet, 1 actually hit dead center of a target, yet not the one it was originally aimed at, 1 stuck in the target it was aimed at, but not dead center, and the last hit the ground in front of its target.

"Shit!" Ilyana swore loudly, looking thoroughly embarrassed now.

...

Sun Kylie was still stuck in a deadlock with Yuki, neither apparently willing to budge just yet it seemed. "I... won't give up Kylie. You gonna give up and call it? I can stay here all day," Yuki said, grunting a bit.

...

"Is there anything I can do to help you and the others train hon?" Giselle asked Wind Kylie again, kissing her on the cheek.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Wind Kylie seemed to be thinking about the question, while Sun Kylie just NOPED! and held on for dear life, cackling happily as they rolled around like idiots.

Storm laughed as they both failed, before going back to practicing, and Water listening intently to Maria.

Deciding after a moment, Wind got the paper again and booped Giselle on the nose, Not sure really. I know we'd all be screwed if someone as capable as you weren't around to help us all stay in line. You do things we don't even think about without even needing to be asked. You're so kind and supportive that we're at a loss all the time. But if you wanted to help with the fighting, isn't that just a matter of training with your spear?

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

By the time they had been grappling for ten minutes, Sun and Yuki ended up rolling quite a ways, and soon enough, they rolled literally into the water where they had to break it up, both cackling madly as they surfaced again. "Well that was fun. I dunno what side of Kylie you are, but damn that was good," Yuki said, laughing like crazy as she splashed Sun with some water.

...

Ilyana blushed a bit more, before she attempted the shot again, this time all five arrows just poofing into a flurry of wood and laughter from her. "How the hell do you do that?" Ilyana asked, almost incredulously.

...

Maria merely continued practicing with Water Kylie, making sure that her training progressed well.

...

"Hmm... maybe yeah. But I meant like... well... I know a few songs that could help relax the girls when they're in trouble or something, to try and help them learn to focus and stay calm in the middle of a situation that would normally make one panic," Giselle replied to Wind Kylie, kissing her on the nose this time. "But if you girls ever need my help, for an outing, or just anything, I'll gladly help you. I'd be happy to help you," she added.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Sun stayed sunny and splashed Yuki back, before it was snack time, and then more fight time. Storm and Ilyana got to figure out the intricacies of using a weapon the wrong way, and Maria and Water actual got to fucking relax for once as they practiced.

The only difference was WIND

Who really only wanted more sneaky secret cuddles and smooches, before helping Giselle with picnic stuff.

By the time everyone was hungry Sun was waving by to Yuki and charging around collecting her counterparts where they all agreed that cranky bitch face wind probably went home so they did to, thankfully as a single kylie and not a small army of them, moving for the basement where Cranky bitch face was known to hide.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"Alright, I got us some rice balls for lunch if you want a few hon. My own special recipe, that give plenty of energy, and plenty of taste," Yuki said to Sun Kylie cheerfully, sitting on the back porch of the temple with her and eating some of the dozen rice balls that were packed with bacon it seemed, as well as a couple of other things.

Storm Kylie and Ilyana spent the next little while teaching each other how they did their respective trick shots, and how to hold their bows when doing so.

Water Kylie spent the rest of her time being taught various techniques by Maria, which worked perfectly with Kylie's fighting style as a duelist, and using her opponent's own fighting styles against them. "I don't like to brag, but I've been considered to be one of if not the best swordsman on the island by most of the inhabitants. So you learning from me, will only make you as good as me in sword fighting, maybe better in some ways... at least I hope better in some ways," Maria said to Water Kylie with a smile.

...

Wind did indeed get to cuddle and play with Giselle, who kissed and nuzzled against Wind and let Wind have her all to herself until the other Kylie's all got there. When the other Kylie's all arrived, they'd catch Giselle cuddling Wind, and was in the middle of some fun, holding Wind in her lap and bouncing her up and down her shaft, but she stopped when they came in and smiled at them.

"Oops, looks like they caught us red handed hon, hmhm," Giselle giggled playfully as she blushed shyly and looked away from the other Kylie's

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

But That I What You YOU'RE THE ANGRY ONE! Sun blurted out her eyes spinning at this terrifying revelation as they all walked in on Wind getting a dicking.

Water just covered her mouth and looked away, hiding a giggle while Storm facepalmed

Should we just stay separate all day? It's looking like we should stay separate all day. And the only reason that may be a bad idea is because THAT she said, pointing at Sun who had figured out the spider spell and was flailing her way around the room decorating it with little tiny glowing balls of sunlight hung on silk, singing a squeaky little song. To which the other two agreed, and Wind Came, not stopping her bouncing.

Once Giselle was done fucking Wind, everyone would reform after a short chase involving catch the Sun, and then Kylie was sitting on the blanket, laughing and breathless. So what's all this then? she asked cheerfully
