Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Giselle's question was drowned out in her mind as Hecate sped down the tunnels, only for the catlike thing to appear ahead of them. Giselle was surprised that Hecate blasted it with her immense power, though it did literally nothing to it pretty much as it batted the blast aside as if it were nothing. When Hecate was then struck, Giselle landed a ways away from Hecate, with a painful grunt as she hit. Groaning softly as she tried to raise back up, only to see the thing directly in front of her, staring into her eyes.

"A-Are you going to hurt us? A-And, that's Wee Jas, or Chesire, as we knew her," Giselle asked, looking incredibly frightened as she sat there, staring up at the cat thing as she trembled, knowing she couldn't fight this thing even if she wanted to.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The cat didn't answer her first question. Once Wee Jas' name had been spoken, she grinned widely, her maw a curling razor filled pit. The Interloper. The Grand Jester! So that's You then... Your last trick undone by a child, God.

O sweet fucking christ. Cats. Tidecaller hissed tiredly, the cat turning suddenly to stare over Giselle's shoulder. She could feel the serpent Gulp. Yesss, Cats. it purred, it's tail curling and sliding through the air while two others appeared to either side of Chesire, and dragged her down to whatever special hell they guarded. Chesire howled and raged impotently, while the rent closed. An impolite thing, to see a god die. Ahh well. It said, licking a paw and fixing it's ear, before looking down at Giselle. We'll be taking your Devourers someplace properly safe to live and grow, lest they destroy your entire world. Well... not all of them, leave you 2 I think. And this one. Put this one away. it said, sliding a shard over to Giselle, though what it was she had no idea. Move quickly I think, nearly dead, The Will of your lover, fought hard but when no aid came... You have maybe 11 minutes, even in this closed time. Just think, if it hadn't been closed, she'd be ours, tick tock siren, tick tock. the cat said, inside the shard, Giselle finally feeling out the trueheart of her lover. Not just an emotion or an aspect, but her soul, the truth. This last piece she'd been unable to find. Her shard was black like hecate's, spidered through with white cracks and shatters, barely held together and impossibly fragile.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"I-I'm Giselle, n-not Wee Jas," Giselle said softly, before Tidecaller spoke.

Giselle listened as he spoke, and then as the cat thing spoke again, while Chesire disappeared. When the cat slid the shard to her, Giselle picked it gently up, and looked at it, gulping as she stared at it. When the cat told her who and what the shard was, Giselle burst into tears and scrambled to her feet. "W-Who can I take her too to help her? P-Please tell me," Giselle asked, tears streaming down her face as she looked up to the cat, and looking over at Hecate with a worried expression, and moving over to her to shake her and try and wake her up. "Hecate... honey, please... get up, I need you... Now!" Giselle would tell her lover's shard, trying to hurriedly wake her up since she was faster than Giselle, and could move them to where they needed to go in order to help Will.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Looking up, the cat was gone, instead, an hourglass was there, sand drifting away from top to bottom, while Hecate was sputtering in the water and trying to get up. Giselle was getting flashes from the shard, of a royal garden, only burned to cinders, arbors destroyed, statues crushed, a small body in what had been fine clothes torn apart, a scepter nearby with it's stone crushed irreparably, while a familiar demon winged man sat amongst the rubble, glaring outwards, lost.

Hadn't even realized what he'd done, had no idea what he'd thrown away, what he'd nearly killed in his own pain. Correction, had killed. The pain and fear and loss of those last moments. This was all that was left, barely holding on, in her hands, cracked and broken. Hecate was quick to get up, looking unsure as to what Giselle needed. She looked right passed the shard in her hands, as if she couldn't see it or feel it. Idris however flashed down the hall and landed next to it... So... we're dying then... That's why Kalt can't move... Tidecaller had meanwhile used the water to hurl Giselle up onto Hecate's back, and Violently whipped the creature's ass, sending her running with a yelp. Stop Pining and RUN WOMAN he roared at her, while Hecate had inhaled the ceiling, opening the street. Tick Tock

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Giselle was sobbing as she saw the cat was gone, and got up to run, before getting the flashes from Will's shard, each new one making her sob harder, and her heart ache that much more. Giselle hated herself for not realizing all of this sooner, as she saw the flashes from Will's mind, and knew that she could likely never make up for this, and that she wouldn't be surprised if Will ended up hating her guts after this, if they... not, when they saved her, because Giselle refused to give up, no matter what.

"H-Hecate, it's Will's shard, we got to get her out of here," Giselle said, still crying, after Idris spoke. "Where do we take her? I... I don't know where!" Giselle asked Tidecaller, urging Hecate up to jump back to the street.

"Idris, find Cammy and tell her to come to us, m-maybe she can help us," Giselle called to Idris as she and Hecate got up to the street.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

To Aria, Kina and Kuna. Back to the temple but that's too far and I can't ride the currents with her. Idris answered, Hecate still rubbing her head before taking off at a sprint, towards the Palacial district, sniffing out Cammy while Idris flew ahead like a bolt, trying to find the fallen raven.

Terra's dead Giselle. Tidecaller said in between the crunching pounding of Hecate's steps, the monster shard simply eating things in the way, turning buildings to dust. Like he was shocked to learn the truth of that. Has been... for awhile now it seems. Hidden from us all. Melora is crying. he continued, the skies above boiling, while lightning shifted but no thunder sounded. Not the powerful booms of Kord's battle drums, but the comforting touch of a lover it seemed while rain began to fall in sheets. How long had it been? It was impossible to tell.

Tidecaller was using the water, draining Giselle's power in a flood to carry them along faster ever faster. Before Cammy slammed into the ground in front of them with Idris on her shoulder. She was... hurt, her left arm was completely gone, sheared at the shoulder. Her sword was shattered, and Regin's statue was in her hands. She looked confused and worried.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"D-Dammit... GODDAMMIT!!!" Giselle cried out through the pain in her heart, after Idris spoke, and Tidecaller told her Terra was dead, and had been for a while now.

Onward they went, with Hecate eating everything in her path, the sky pouring rain as if the gods themselves were crying, likely Melora over Terra, if Giselle had to guess. Giselle wasn't caring about herself now, only to get to the others to help Will, because if they lost her, then there would be no point in putting the Kylie shards back together again, for Kylie wouldn't be... well, Kylie, anymore. She let Tidecaller drain her power, steadily, as he moved them along, while she clutched Will's shard against her chest. "Tidecaller, can you slip power into Will's shard to help prolong her, until we get to the others?" Giselle began asking, when Cammy slammed to the ground before them.

"C-Cammy! D-Dear gods, get on, n-now. We need to get to Aria, Kina, and Kuna... now. I-It's Will's shard, without it, we lose. Get on, now!" Giselle called to Cammy, to get her on Hecate's back, whom she knew could bear the weight easily, and once Cammy was on, she urged Hecate on to Aria, Kina, and Kuna, at the temple, or wherever they were. "Hecate, I know you're tired, but can you open up a portal straight to the temple where the others are? If so, do it, now, or we'll be too late," Giselle asked Hecate, once Cammy was on board, urging Hecate to do so with all haste if she could.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Hecate shook her head, as if she had no idea what Giselle was talking about. She hadn't spoken, and her eyes were glazed. She wasn't tired, she was fading away. Memories and Intelligence dying behind her eyes, burning out finally as Will did. Cammy meanwhile refused to get on. She'll never know... Will she. Suppose you can't pick your parents in the end, or understand... she muttered softly. Taking the broken remnants of her sword, she turned it on herself, holding the blade to her throat. See ya later I guess... Or not. I don't know anymore. she said, before she opened her own throat, blood rushing out into rain, while Reginald's statue shattered into dust, and the portal Giselle asked for exploded into existence behind her. There was Kylie, in the pool, 10 feet away.

Hecate suddenly shuddered, and collapsed under Giselle, thrashing and coughing, while Idris's form seemed to spark and fade, unstable. Both shards beginning to crack under the strain of their Key to being whole sputtering and dying in it's last moments. Their personality and memory drifting away like smoke on the wind. Gale was still against the far wall, hadn't moved since she'd been left there, Kina, the dog whining and pushing on her pathetically, unable to stir her. Kuna likewise hadn't moved at all.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Giselle now understood that Will dying, was basically killing the others, when she saw Hecate's eyes. Watching Cammy slit her own throat just before Hecate opened the portal, Giselle cried out. "C-Cammy!" Giselle called, before they were back in the temple, tears still burning in her eyes.

When Hecate collapsed under her, Giselle jumped up and waded into the pool with the shard of Will. "KINA, KUNA, I NEED YOU NOW. COME ON, BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE FOR YOU, FOR KYLIE!" Giselle shouted at them, setting the shard on Kylie's lifeless form, and grabbing the pair and carrying them to the water with her. "Aria, come on I know you can hear me. We got to fix Will, now, please... help me. I don't know what to do, other than bring her here," Giselle said, gently setting Kina and Kuna on Kylie's stomach, while Will's shard lay on her chest, because she didn't know what else she could do here, aside from pray, so she did, to all the gods that would listen, as she awaited Aria to respond.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The last gift of mother to daughter, being a last chance, that portal, burning the soul of a dead brother to open the way because her daughter no longer could. Giselle had yet to lay eyes on what it had hidden from her on the city streets. Kina limped over to her, and Kuna was cold in her hands, breathing shallowly. None of the shards here had healed at all from their injuries. One last Lie from one lover to another so she didn't worry Giselle.

Foolish now, in the scheme of things. Will's shard was splintered, the lines growing, the cracks widening, while Kina woke Kuna somehow, the cat stirring long enough to peer up at her, before they looked at the shard, and faded into red and white dust, their forms disintegrating, trying to bond with Will, While Aria opened the seal on Kylie's heart, wisps reaching out to try and draw the piece back in before it shattered completely.

Giselle watched as the dust swirled uselessly around the crystal, unable to join, and Aria seemed unable to touch it, as if the weight of it was simply too much, or the shape no longer right. As if the key no longer fit the lock. Had it been too long? Her limit had been specific. Hecate behind her, on the other side of the portal likewise turned into dust, black, filled with a sparkling that reminded Giselle of the stars she had seen in eyes deeper then anything she'd ever known. Idris faded away next, all of swirling around the broken crystal, trying anything to do what needed to be done, or maybe... what simply couldn't be done any longer.

Kylie took a long breath, long and rattling, her color fading away into the pool, that deathly paleness returning to her flesh while her chest rose, fell, and then stilled. Gale drifting away unnoticed, smoke on a breeze that shouldn't blow through a cave, coursing around the crystal before circling around Giselle, the soft brush of lips over her own the last thing she felt of Gale before she was gone. She felt Sona and Luna fade from her ring, felt Kalt as the last still battling furiously to hold herself together, before her power seemed to collapse in on her from all sides. Before the crystal finally dropped into place, and a wave of power radiated outwards from her body. A combined and nearly fatal effort in one last ditch effort to save what they were. Every shard had faded away to add what made each piece unique to the one Truth that was her lover. Giselle had been propelled away from the pool by the blast, didn't know if her lover lived, or had finally succumb to a wound dealt over a week ago. There was no light in the pool, Terra was gone, and so was her power. There was no one else in the cave, the other shards giving up themselves to try and do what random happenstance had allowed to be done in those last seconds, while Melora shed far more then a single tear above them all and Kord tried to comfort her in his own hard way...

...

...

Looking over, Giselle saw Kylie take a deep breath, finally. Weak, tired, but there. She could feel all of them there inside her. All injured, all tired, all weak. But there. Somehow. Giselle wouldn't be adding another gravestone next to her Angel, this one she could keep by her side. She could see now through the portal that still burned, what had become of Terra. She recognized the silvery cutlass that was thrust through her back as she sat crosslegged on the stone trying to stem and imprison Cosimo. It seemed a long, snake like dragon had curled around that body, over it, bleeding from the sword itself to glare around, as if affronted by what it had been used for while the priestess, a symbol to Giselle so far of uncanny power and bravery sat there like a statue, slain by a single clean sword stroke she'd never even been able to react to. But Kylie stirred in the water, moving slightly, opening her eyes for the first time since she'd been struck down on the ship.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Giselle thought she understood what Cammy had done what she did, for, and that Regi wouldn't have minded one bit either, if it gave her even the slimmest of chances to save Kylie.

...

"Gods... please, I... I'd give my own life, for Kylie's, if I had to, for her, our children. For all of them, I would gladly die, if need be," Giselle muttered softly after she brought Kina and Kuna out to Kylie and after she'd spoken to Aria.

It was clear that the other shards of Kylie had lied to her, and oh how they must hate her now too, for being so stupid, so dumb, that she hadn't gone to find Will before now, that she hadn't gone to find her first. Giselle wouldn't, nor couldn't, blame them if they did. When she saw Kina and Kuna beginning to disintegrate, Giselle gasped, and fresh tears streamed down her cheeks, as she thought it was too late already.

She watched as Aria and Ichor opened Kylie up from within, to take Will's shard back into her, to cradle it, repair it, to do anything but let it shatter. One by one, Giselle could only watch as each shard began to turn to dust and fade away, her fingers reaching out for Idris and Hecate as they both did, only to find the dust sliding between her fingers, as it all began swirling around Kylie's lifeless form. She felt Kalt's power fade, from a distance, just as Sola's and Luna's had done as well. As the crystal, combined with the power of all of Kylie's shards, began to drift back into Kylie's body, the powerful shockwave blasted Giselle away from Kylie, and the pool in general really.

Giselle took a few moments to try and collect herself, before she got up, groaning softly as she crawled back over to the water, her head buzzing and ringing as if an explosion had just nearly deafened her. But she felt that the shards were all within Kylie, weakened severely because of Giselle, but alive, and managing to hold together, if only just, for the moment. Glancing over to the portal that was still open, Giselle saw what had become of Terra, and she started crying again as she made her way into the water and moved to Kylie's side when she saw her stirring slightly.

"K-Kylie... i-is that you? Are you... okay? Do you know who I am?" Giselle asked softly as she got to Kylie's side, her voice a bit weak, but still strong enough that Kylie should be able to hear her, as she gently slid both arms under Kylie and pulled her over into a hug, unsure if Kylie had been changed any, or would even remember her at all.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Hasn't there been Enough death for one soul already? The Raven Queen asked her quietly while she cried. Not in Spite, but as if... she had seen this all already. Had cautioned and warned, had tried to kill the source of it herself before this happened, only to be thwarted by a twisted godling and a siren's love.

Kylie stirred in her arms, looked up at her with tired eyes, reaching up slowly to cup her cheek, her thumb sliding through the tears on her face. Hey there. You okay Love? she asked, her voice soft, weak, tired. The scar across her chest was... marring. Her body felt lighter then it should and there wasn't any strength in her touch. But she was Alive.

Kylie could barely move, certainly couldn't move from where she was in Giselle's arms, but she was breathing, looking, speaking. The lines on her flesh pulsed softly, dimmer then usual, all her resources burned up and the assassin burned out, her other hand sliding along her own stomach where two other small lives still held on.

Tyria was reaching out, but she withdrew quickly, the ancient alfar looking for what was left of her friend Kalt, only to find Kylie and Giselle, and leave them in peace, refusing to disturb them, returning to her mountain vigil. Though she had some parting words. Leave this place to it's deserved hell child. Go home. The Okami will take it, the pirate's sanity is broken. Leave him to the Paladins he hates so much. To his Brother. Go to Melora, let your serpent carry you away from this graveyard...

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Hearing the Raven Queen's words, Giselle cried even harder, as she held Kylie in her arms, not letting go, but not holding her too tightly. When Kylie opened her eyes and spoke, Giselle's heart skipped a beat, and she looked down to her, and smiled, the first true smile she'd shown since she came here. "I... I don't know, Kylie. Is this a dream? Is this real? I... I'm scared to pinch myself, b-because I fear it's not real, and that I've really lost you. But if this is real, then... I think I will be alright, soon, I hope," Giselle said, her voice breaking in between her sobs.

The sight of Kylie's chest was... horrendous to look at, and her body was much lighter than it had any right to be, and she was so so weak. But Kylie, was alive, it seemed, to Giselle. Giselle's left hand slid up to Kylie's belly, before she pulled Kylie up into a kiss, a soft one, before pulling away. "T-Tyria... I... I'm ashamed of myself, that I couldn't do more than I did, which was little enough as it is. I failed, to protect anyone but the one I love. I don't know if I can make things right, ever. Is there nothing more we can do? This place, the people, they don't all deserve such a fate," Giselle said softly, looking around and feeling a sense of dread, one that wouldn't go away, that she'd killed a country, that she'd ended, or at least been responsible for the deaths of hundreds, no, thousands of people, if not more.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

It's ruler dead, it's factions scattered, it's people without arms or protection between a demon who's lost his heart, it's priestess slain and an army hell bent on 'saving' something. No child. I don't know what will be left, but Garellia has passed. Unable to escape or exorcise the rot it had created, unable to slay the demons and shadows that came for it, unable to resist now the tide that rises. Go Home. she answered, while Kylie's eyes fluttered and she held on to Giselle. She was in no shape to fight, or even be near one. If Giselle stayed, she risked the battle spilling into this temple where the person she had fought for was completely defenseless. Her home would burn, die, and settle in it's ashes, her past slain with it as well as her remaining family. The branch she had sworn to, had traveled for, had prepared to lead slain or scattered and Cosimo's fleet without leader or purpose any longer. They were likely the only friends Giselle had left, the crew of that ship. The only Family Kylie had left.

No father would hand her over, no Mother would bless their wedding, no Brother would stand as Witness. As had all things before in her life, this to had been destroyed, the homeland she had been proud of, had wanted to protect reduced to a screaming battlefield with only one possible outcome. With their intolerance it was likely the Okami would destroy even their history and heritage, Garellia, the shining trade beacon of Humanity, of Their triumph.... no more then a single footnote in a dusty tome long forgotten in time.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

"I see..." Giselle muttered softly, looking down at Kylie. "Alright, I'm getting Kylie out of here, before everything that's happened, all the sacrifices, are for nothing. Tyria, please, if you can, please help that okami man, the one with the paladins, to save as many people as you can. I won't ask for anything more than that, from you. And I promise, I will never forget what's happened here, and I will always protect Kalt, and all of the others. I hope that... maybe one day, we could meet again, but if that never comes to pass, then I'll go ahead and say it now. Goodbye, and stay safe," Giselle went on to say to Tyria, before picking Kylie up in both arms.

"Kylie, we're going home now, to our home. It's too dangerous here now, and... we need to make sure that our children stay safe. Just... rest for now, okay, and stay with me. I'll never let you go my love," Giselle said softly to Kylie as she held her, looking to their belongings in there, and sighing softly.

Giselle carried Kylie over to their stuff, and gently set her down, before collecting as much of their things as she could, primarily Kylie's gear, and a few of their bags of holding, which she put some gold into, some of their potions, mainly the healing ones, and some clothing, as well as anything else that they'd need on the journey home. She tied those bags off to her belt, picked Kylie back up, and sighed again, holding her close as she exited the temple for the last time, saying one last prayer of Melora, hoping that Terra, and the other priests and priestesses would find rest, despite this Armageddon of sorts that was befalling Garellia now, thanks to her.

"Buddy, I need you just one last time, if you'll help me, to help get me to that ship. To Cosimo's ship, so we can get out of here. Tyria's right, I can't stay any longer, or Kylie will die next time. She's been through too much, for me to keep staying and trying to help. And I won't put her, and our children, at risk any longer than I must," Giselle thought to Tidecaller, summoning everything she had to offer him in terms of her powers, to surf them out from the temple steps, to the ship, as fast as she could go.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Of Course. Tidecaller answered while Giselle collected their things. They'd all fit thankfully. Whether Giselle took the blame for this burden was up to her. Or if she blamed Kylie for bringing them here, or for the Shaman that had gunned her down. Or Wee Jas for setting this all into motion in the first place. Mistakes had been made on all sides.

The temple was... Still. No one to see her go, too much to do. And the waters rose and fell furiously at the death of Melora's prophet, Tidecaller raising the surf for her, carrying them both out onto the waves carefully and unerringly to the ship, which... was at the bottom of the ocean. Tidecaller sighed as they passed the mast. All the pirates were fighting now, the great ship, the Catastrophic Sound destroyed leaving a power gap that needed filling and without the demon fiddler to command it, it's power had been unsummonable in the battle that had ensued.

Tidecaller spoke a prayer for souls lost at sea, and simply continued onwards unerringly across the sea, quiet and gentle, before they reached the maelstrom an our or so later, and he opened a gate there, in the great places of the ocean, and took her to another wreckage, one far more familiar. Her home was there, just across the surf. Hazel was standing on the beach with Amara, gazing across the sea at the ruins they couldn't possibly know, Kaal, Tina, and Delilah behind them all rushing into the water to try and help, while Giselle's power tapped her too strongly, and she rushed into the blackness of sleep. We are Fey. We march on with the world. Do not Grieve for a world that was never yours.... Tyria whispered to her before that connection was finally cut as she passed out.

When she woke up, Delilah was sitting on the bed next to her, looking down at her. Hope was curled up on the pillow next to her, poking her with her little tendrils repeatedly, while a tiny... little, black... Thing rode on her head. It opened it's mouth and bugled. It was a 5 inch tall Hecate, though it didn't feel like Hers. Hers had faded to save her lover.

Thoughts of Kylie rushed into her mind, why wasn't she in bed with her?! What had happened! Why was Tidecaller Still with her!? Hope was the first to speak, the first to notice she was awake. What happened to Momma? I can't see Momma. Hazel says she's sick, and very tired. she said tiredly, still poking at Giselle while Delilah held up a bit of paper with some words on it so she didn't have to say them out loud around Hope. Kylie's Comatose, With Hazel

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Giselle didn't bother taking too much time collecting all of their gold, since they had more than enough back home, but she would grab all the bags she could carry without burdening herself down too much, leaving about half of what they'd brought in terms of gold, but getting most of the rest of their things at least, save maybe some of the loads of oranges she'd gotten to bring for Kylie, though she did get a bunch of those too, for Kylie's sake. As she surfed out to the ship, Giselle did one last thing, hoping against hope, that maybe it would help plant the seed of rebirth for this broken land, and in time, heal it perhaps. She sang, , planting that seed for Garellia, not for Garellia's sake, but all the people that lived there, and as she sang, she poured out all of her feelings into her voice, a soft, soothing song, as she neared the ship, with Garellia burning behind her.

Seeing only the mast sticking out of the water, Giselle wept softly as Tidecaller sighed, and she knew that they were on their own. "Please, carry their souls on to peace, lady Melora," Giselle muttered softly as she and Tidecaller both said a prayer.

Giselle let Tidecaller lead the way, to the maelstrom, simply holding Kylie against her chest, as he carried her on the waves, back home.

...

It took Giselle and Tidecaller quite a while, how long exactly Giselle lost count, her mind focusing on one single thing, well, two really. Hold onto Kylie, and make it home. She felt her energies being slowly sapped from her as they went, and she was in a bit of a trance almost, until she saw the faint hint of another half sunken ship, that she'd known Kylie came to her on. When she saw it, Giselle burst into tears and sped onward to the shore, seeing her sisters, and everyone else in the distance there to greet her. When they'd come back here, Giselle had wanted to be riding at the head of Cosimo's ship, carrying Kylie in a wedding dress, and smiling so giddily, that she couldn't think straight. But instead, she'd surfed with her beloved in her arms, Kylie barely alive, and everyone that Kylie had ever loved back home, pretty much dead.

With her consciousness fading fast, Giselle sped to the shore as the others rushed out to help her, and she faintly heard Tyria's voice in her head, but before she could respond, with anything more than a saddened look, Giselle's eyes closed and she fell, rolling a she did to protect Kylie from the impact of it to take it on herself.

...

Waking up only the gods knew how long later, Giselle opened her eyes slowly to see Delilah sitting there, and she gasped, especially when Hope seemed to notice that she was awake and started poking her head. "H-How long have I b-been out for? A-And don't worry cutie pie, I'll go find mommy as soon as I get up okay. I'm positive that she'll be fine soon," Giselle asked Delilah, and then told Hope, scooping the cute little Hecate off her head and gently setting her down next to them, while she raised up.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

The little hecate wriggled around and then charged around the sheets, waving it's tiny arms before leaping off the bed at a fly, eating it while it hung onto the sheets with one hand, seeming pretty happy with the universe, Hope wriggling after it to scoop it back up, a very >.< look on her face.

A week, solid. Everyone has been coming to see you but your uh... friend, wont let anyone but me or tina, or the children in to see you. She said, meaning Tidecaller, who had passed out Immediately upon Giselle waking. Hope looked well, Hopeful, at Giselle's words though.

Hope, go get your sisters ready, and Bumblebutt. Go on now, I need to talk to Giselle. Delilah said, Hope yelling a K! before flopping off the bed, the little gobble monster riding on her head again and bugling once more.

What the hell happened Giselle? Hazel got a message from Elise and Ashera has been just... Sobbing, this entire time. Delilah asked her, handing her a glass of water.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Giselle brightened up a bit at the little Hecate's antics, smiling softly until Delilah told Hope to go get her sisters, while Giselle nodded at the response of how long she'd been out, and that Tidecaller was not letting anyone but her, Tina, and the girls come close. Giselle reached over and patted Hope on her little head, helping her down to run off, and turning to Delilah when she began asking what had happened. Growing a bit dark at Delilah's question, Giselle shifted a bit and pulled herself up to sit up all the way, groaning softly as she did.

Taking a drink of the water, Giselle sighed and nodded again, more to herself than her sister. "I... a lot of things happened, sis. A lot of things I'm not proud of. No sooner did we get within sight of Garellia proper, than Kylie got shot, by some fucking bastard of an okami with a long rifle. She... shattered, into a bunch of shards of herself, like when she split into four here, if you remember. You'd call Tina in here to hear this too, if she's around, because it's a long story. But I'll make it short and simple for you two, because you need to hear it," Giselle said, looking up at her sister, before drinking more of the water offered.

When Tina got in there, assuming she was nearby to be brought in, Giselle launched into the story, starting with Kylie getting shot. She wouldn't go into great detail in the parts that didn't really matter, like the Hecates all taking turns with her, and whatnot. But everything else, she did tell them, and how she had been one of the primary causes of the destruction of Kylie's homeland.

Re: Kylie (Courage Wolf)

Well.. We'd figured something had gone wrong, but... wow. At least you're back home. Wont say anything on what was and wasn't your fault Giselle. I wasn't there. It was Kylie's homeland, it'll be her I suspect you'll want answers from on that count. But she hasn't moved since you brought her in here, she barely has a pulse. We had to move her out of Reina's place because she started drawing in everything. She's been like that now for a week, moved her to Amara's prison where there's energy to spare. Delilah said, wincing at the story of what had occurred. Tina's with the Ranger girls, keeping them all in line, none of them are happy, they're all worried sick, especially Freya and Maria she continued, looking.. just glad that Giselle was home and alright.

Stay away from the big purple plant in the living room, it's grabby. Kylie's strange Ochu lovechild is around here somewhere to. She sprouted, the plant stayed. she said, laying clothes out for Giselle and setting out a light meal for her on a tray in bed.
