--Deathblight RPG: Operation Thunderfang, it's the first game I played and what got me into the Genre.
From my understanding it was built on Ahriman's code. Sadly unfinished and abandoned, but still has 1-2 hours worth of content and art is way better than Ahriman's.
--Taima Miiko Yuugi. Wide variation of enemies and different attacks/debuffs. The developer is currently working on another game, Exorcism Shrine Maiden which is a massive step up from the first one. (multiple costumes, equipable bondage items that grant XP boost at the expense of game mechanics: gag what prevents you from casting spells, blindfold that comes with accuracy penalty, collar that prevents TP from regenerating and running away from battle, etc)
--Evil Goddess. This one is a bit hard to get. It is DRM protected and only obtainable through the creator's Patreon. The creator's page is also set up to only charge per creation, so there are only small time windows throughout the year to pledge and gain access to it. The creator charges $1 per new update, requiring a total pledge of around $59 or $60 for the latest version of the game, but that comes with 100+ hours of content. In my experience each new $1 dollar update is about 5-10 hours of content so far. The game has some very hardcore BDSM themes and offers a vast roster of characters. (You can only have 4 active in your party for battles, but there are 9 or 10 to chose from, each with it's unique JRPG playstyle). There is an older version of the game available for free on the internet, but that one has outdated art and mechanics.
Game is also in Chinese. There is no English translation for the first 25-30% of the game, but English translation kicks in afterwards (dialogues will feature text in Chinese followed by English version of same text)
--The Agnietta - Healer and the Cursed Dungeon: I've been told it's similar to Wings of Roldea. I highly recommend giving this one a try. Art is very good and developer did a good job of portraying the predicament MC finds herself in.
--I don't know if you've tried them yet, but I only discovered CircleKame's games a couple months ago and they filled in a niche that I had been looking for for quite some time. I recommend starting with Parallel Fantasy IF+, that's their most polished game so far.
--Malise and the Machine: sadly on hold, but it does feature some unique mechanics for a battle sex game. Some enemies can swallow your characters, applying an "isolated" debuff that prevents other characters from interacting with the "isolated" target until they escape or the enemy causing isolation is killed.
Combat can be set to either turn-based, each character has a charging bar and they are able to take an action when the bar is full, or real time (basically the game won't pause when it's your turn to take an action, the enemies' bars keep charging and they will attack while you make up your mind)
--When you said Ahriman's untranslated game, I wasn't sure if you meant his currently active Ci-en project or Emblem Knight Nord. Was gonna recommend Emblem Knight Nord here (or Crest Knight Nord, basically RJ266435)
There are probably a couple more really good games that I have played and I just can't remember right now. Will let you know if I figure it out.
