I think it was somekind of game where you either had to press speach bubles as fast as possible or input directions as fast as possible. You had a Ejaucuation meter and if you where not fast enough it would be game over ( multiply game over cgs)
The Scenario was:
1: Girl in a Toilet
2: Some school girl teasing you
3: You and a girl in a dark romm in front of a huge tv showing her on the beach.
4. Classroom.
