looking for h-rpg similar to skyrim?

looking for some kind of fantasy rpg type game that allows mechanics similar to loverslab defeat and all of its accessories, but hopefully on something more inbuilt than focused around a swamp of mod conflict hell. having a tough time finding less stress inducing alternatives, for example i tried degrees of lewdity which was fun but it lacks the strong visual element that modded skyrim had

Sadly I think Skyrim is as good as it gets for that particular desire. Which perhaps is not too surprising given that Defeat mod specifically triggers off the back end of combat- which implies that one needs an entire combat system of some sort and very few dedicated porn games actually have such a thing to begin with. Maybe the closest I can think of is something like modded Sims 4 (again loverslab), if there's any rape-after-fight mods or somesuch (I don't know, but probably).
