Looking for local MZ tools

So RPGMaker put out a new program (MZ) and I can't find any of the tools I'm used to having for dealing with RPGMaker nonsense. Looking for a local decrypter and/or a save editor.

I have found a couple of online things but fuck that shit, if it's not on my hard-drive it's useless. REPLYING TO THE THREAD WITH THEM IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I'm still using a prehistoric Translator++ version and haven't come upon any MZ game of interest, but it seems they still use good old Enigma.

There's zths' tool, but I haven't tested it on MZ yet, the cheat part work offline.
edit: just a warning, AVs hate the thing.
