(I'm deliberately not including images, because the game's graphics are just so terrible I feel seeing them accidentally might ruin someone's evening, click on the links at your peril)

…let's be nice and say it's "niche"
I don't like this game. I wouldn't suggest it. But I firmly feel that smut games' primary value is not their quality, but wheather they scratch your specific niche — and this fascinating disaster absolutely does try its clumsy hand at a lot of scratches.
What I mean by this is that the DLSite page calls it "a blockbuster action RPG", with 3600 erotic scenes. And… yeah, that's true — you can absolutely tell this is a labor of love that took a lot of effort and care, and it does have a ton of content, spanning a large selection of fetishes…
But it's just… done so badly.
An oversized amount of fetishes
First off, the game looks so, so ugly. Which devalues everything about it.
I don't know where the fuck this guy found this 1997 shit-poly models that he carefully labored to do all the custom sprites and all the custom videos with… but they genuinely make my skin crawl.
The game covers a huge number of fetishes, and does feature a ton of scenes. That 3600 number does cover variants, progression… but there's certainly a lot of stuff, spanning a wide array of fetishes: ryona, restraints, mind control, force-feeding, monster dicking, energy drain… the scenes are very creative, meaning they span from "what the fuck is going on" to "um, hadn't seen it before, it it wasn't in these vomit-inducing graphics this'd be neat!". If the game has some value, it's there.
I also really appreciate that the dev went through the extra effort to make the game's main fetish, scat, completely optional — including variant movies with the pee & poop removed. The game has an English version, too — and even a cheaper version you can get with just the movies and no game.
…but it's just so badly implemented. These movies are, literally, just webms, which couldn't mesh less with the RPGmaker system. They also are grotesquely badly optimized compared to vectors or sprite loops, and due to them the game weights 4 fucking gigabytes — made the download from the filesharing sites that I can't link here because loli a real joy, I assure you.
You can, theoretically, unlock the whole gallery from the start. But I haven't bothered to check how, because the videos are undecrypted and free to explore in their folder — which also allow you to skip the gameplay.
I'd rather not play
The game is not actually an RPG — it uses the RPG maker mechanics to work as a mystery dungeon type game.
Meaning it throws you in a randomized dungeon, and you fight from the map screen by using buttons to use skills, basically a rouguelike action game.
Which, much like the rest for this game, is something that must've taken gargantuan effort, but has absolutely terrible results.
Interface is convoluted, hard to handle, with no easy reminder (no onscreen reminder, no button to show controls…). It's clunky, and not fun.
Game features the dungeon crawler classic hunger bar, but also dedicated and separated peeing and pooping bars. If you don't use the toilets in the dungeon, you'll pee/poop yourself and that'll draw monsters.
You can disable each of these bars from the menu, disabling the game's scat scenes if you disable the pee & poop bars. You can't access any menu during gameplay, you must do it from the title screen. You can also make yourself invincible from the same menu.
Game also has a flight mechanic, that to me sounds broken af but I can't really tell, because the game hung up on me repeatedly during the first visit to the hub town, and that part's before whatever act of retardation you're forced to commit to turn your level 99 character in a level 1 wuss, so dunno. Doubt I'll bother to pick this back up.
