Played the whole game through, and was less than impressed. It was more of a button masher than anything. But it's also short and sweet. Especially if you play the same level a couple of times, and buy some of the upgrades in the shop. (The button for that is in one of the corners.)

Some of the cons were more like annoyances than anything. The English in the game was kinda hard to understand, but then again what can one expect these days? Sometimes the text would bug out, and you wouldn't be able to tell if you succeeded or not until the very end of a "mission".

Some of the pros of the game was that the girls were randomized to some extent so you never felt like you were just banging the same girl over, and over. Like I said before, the Game was short so that was nice, and it has an upgrade system, giving you more time to succeed, and even increasing the "power" of your clicks for quicker finishes.

Something that is somewhat in the grey area though is the X-ray. It's weird, and in some games, no most games that have it, I actually enjoy. (Like some of the JSK Studios games) However this one just made me feel awkward, and I wasn't sure if I liked it or not so I enabled it to only show during orgasms.

Protip: max out time first, then click. Time gets you more points to spend on more shit.

I guess all in all not bad, some enjoyable features. Not sure why impregnating the popular schoolgirl is twice as naughty as inseminating the mother and daughter or your own cousin.
